I stayed at this hotel and, although I was a bit wary at first (as I was greeted by a stairwell full of posters), it turned out to be a very good place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean & quiet. I was originally only planning to stay one night but ended up staying three as it was so convenient, next to the station and a short walk from the centre. The posters were fir the Avignon festival which had just come to an end.

I have stayed in different hotel in Avignon before and I feel this is best in terms of location , service , cleanliness, staffs and many more .so highly recommend

The hotel is super close to the train station, literally just around the corner, which is a huge plus when you're lugging luggage. It's also only a 10-minute walk to the Palais des Papes. The room might be small, but it's very well designed and functional.

It was okay. The hotel's exterior environment is very nice. There's a 100-year-old antique elevator in the lobby.

Super convenient location, just a right turn from the train station! The room was clean, and they even offered water in the lobby. Highly recommended.

Everything was pretty good. It's right next to the train station, and there's a bus stop downstairs (you can take the 707 to Van Gogh's asylum in Saint-Rémy). It's also quite close to attractions, making it very convenient to get around. However, why was I charged the city tax twice? The first time, after I paid, the money was deducted, but then they said the system hadn't received it and told me to check the next day if I needed to pay again. The next day, they still said they hadn't received it, so I paid a second time. I was inexplicably charged twice. Even though the city tax is only €1.76, it made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I was trying to avoid paying it. This is the first time I've ever been charged twice for a single person. Luckily, the room environment was good. I'd advise everyone to pay the city tax in cash and keep the receipt to avoid them saying they haven't received it again 😅

The staff were friendly and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around. However, the rooms are a bit small and the facilities are a bit old, especially the window insulation which is excellent.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel is located by the train station and you only have to cross the road to get to the main street. Perfect location. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is in excellent location, right next to the train station and it takes only a few minute walk to the downtime . The room is a bit small and basic but it can serve all you need in traveling. Perhaps the only problem is that it doesn’t provide kettles and so you need to obtain hot water at the hotel lobby, if you like to make a cup of tea for yourself. The facility is a bit old and the door lock is broken. Other than that, overall the facilities are in order.

Great location, convenient for getting anywhere, as the hotel is right across from the old town. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The room facilities were complete, clean, and tidy. Definitely recommended.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the train station, and directly across from a market and tourist attractions.

The location is super convenient, really close to the station, less than a five-minute walk. The room was tidy, but there was a musty smell. Overall, it was acceptable. Breakfast starts at around 4 AM, which is really handy if you're heading out early for sightseeing.

Everything is good, especially the location which is just next to the train station.. However, they do not provide tissue papers in the room, and the kettle provided upon request was dirty, so we never use.
