Especially when I met the Chinese front desk employee Xiao Wei, he was kind, thoughtful and professional. In particular, we left the hotel and drove down the mountain. We had a flat tire. Due to language barriers, we could not communicate with the car dealership. We had to run back to the hotel for help. Xiao Wei immediately rushed to the middle of the mountain to help us contact the car dealership. He also helped us move the luggage back to the hotel on the mountain to wait, and accompanied us to wait and instruct the driver. Finally, we arrived in Salamanca smoothly. Here we would like to thank Xiao Wei for his help and enthusiastic help. His professional and efficient business ability impressed us deeply. "Better than expected based on the reviews. The hostel is old but renovated, though not to the highest standard. It's clean, has an excellent location, and is very easy to get in and out of. There's usually no one at reception. The breakfast isn't good: weak coffee, bottled juice, and bread or a pastry. The rooms have no soundproofing, and you can hear absolutely everything. The heating is too high. The mattresses are mediocre, and the room is small. For a discounted night, it's sufficient."
