Avila Hotels with Breakfast

I really like the style of this castle hotel. The environment is beautiful and elegant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The facilities are complete. The restaurant is beautiful and the tableware is exquisite. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I feel the professional and high-quality service of the hotel team. Especially when I met the Chinese front desk employee Xiao Wei, he was kind, thoughtful and professional. In particular, we left the hotel and drove down the mountain. We had a flat tire. Due to language barriers, we could not communicate with the car dealership. We had to run back to the hotel for help. Xiao Wei immediately rushed to the middle of the mountain to help us contact the car dealership. He also helped us move the luggage back to the hotel on the mountain to wait, and accompanied us to wait and instruct the driver. Finally, we arrived in Salamanca smoothly. Here we would like to thank Xiao Wei for his help and enthusiastic help. His professional and efficient business ability impressed us deeply. It made us feel the warmth of family in a foreign country. Thank you for having you. The beautiful Avila and the hotel left us a beautiful article on our journey. I recommend this beautiful and warm hotel.

Muy buena ubicación. El personal muy amable, atendió nuestras necesidades a pesar de ser peticiones de última hora.

Excellent

Wonderful hotel, very quiet and warm! The guy at the reception was very helpful and made the check-in very pleasant. Beautiful building!

Buena ubicación a 10 minutos andando de la muralla de Ávila. El servicio bueno, pero pocas opciones para desayunar o cenar cerca. Para aparcar, es necesario pagar la zona azul.

The hotel is very well located, right across from the city walls. For a two-star hotel, they have a very good breakfast. The only drawback was that we were given a room behind the reception (I understand it's for disabled guests), and the bathroom had a window overlooking the restaurant. Although the glass was frosted, when the light was on, you could see right into the room. It would be good if they could fix that. But otherwise, and I repeat, for a two-star hotel, it more than met our expectations.
