Reservamos este hotel porque vimos una promoción a buen precio en Trip.com. Esperábamos algo más de un parador que se supone es hotelería de lujo en España. La habitación era espaciosa, pero al estar frente al ascensor era muy ruidosa. El baño estaba muy bien, las camas también cómodas, los muebles bastante gastados. La ubicación no es de las más convenientes en Ávila, pero lo suficientemente cercana al centro para recorrer todo a pié. No reservamos ni desayuno, ni comidas, los precios del restaurante son prohibitivos, no merece la pena dado que hay muchas opciones en la ciudad. La recepción nos resultó un poco antipática, quizás porque tratan con la clientela pretenciosa que frecuenta los paradores.
