Booked a Deluxe Queen room. Quite big and good value for money. Swimming pool is nice. Left me a little bitter mouth because in 40 years of travelling this is the first time I have been charged for a dirty towel. Reception was like "Sir, we need to charge you because the towel is dirty". Me: "aren't these supposed to get dirty?" Reception:" Yes, but not that dirty". Towel was dirty (dust from the car, no oil or things like that, just dust), nothing a washing machine would clean. I was in a hurry to check out otherwise I would have washed in the shower and left it kind of cleaner 🙄. It's ok, I have been charged 300php, but of course I requested them to give me the towel. Lol.

Circle Inn is a value for money hotel. All the staff are very pleasant and eager to be of assistance. The room is bigger than budget hotels. The fixtures like the shower maybe of the old model but still works. Toiletries are limited to hand soap and combined hair and body soap but of good quality in a dispenser that is see-through to actually assure you of its quality. With safe and small ref. As for the hair dryer, you just need to ask at the front desk and they will send to your room free of charge. They also have a decent size swimming pool.

Great place to stay . Clean comfortable rooms this was my third time staying here.

Ok to stay. Location us good nearby notable food places. There is an atm and convenience store outside.

There's no complementary drinks(bottled water). Location is okay.

I didn't know what attractions were nearby, but it's a hotel with good accessibility. The price is cheap, there's no place to eat nearby, and there's a store, so you can buy simple alcoholic beverages and snacks. Fast food can be delivered through the delivery service.

It's a stable hotel as always. Always comfortable.

The staff was prompt in responding to our requests. They are likewise friendly from the security by the door, to the front desk people, to room service.The room is clean as well. I like this property since there is enough parking spot. Will definitely book again in the future.

This is the 4th time i used this hotel, the same problem, the a/c those not cool properly they have to change it, and the worst part the toilet do not flush properly

Hotel was good..room service food was good..its just a little inconvenient to get around..have to take taxi everywhere of which there really is nowhere to go except the mall...when taking taxi tell him to use meter otherwise theyre going to charge a lot more..that goes for the airport taxi to/from hotel..they say 800pesos when its a lot less on meter...otherwise hotel is comfortable.
