The room was very clean, with no odor, and even the windows were spotless! They provided welcome fruit and snacks. We chatted for a bit, and it turns out the host is a very meticulous lady who hired professional hotel housekeeping. The housekeeper was also very attentive. The room was spacious; I really dislike the small lofts around Universal Studios, so this guesthouse was a dream come true – a large, single-level apartment with a spacious living room, perfect for a family! The room was also beautifully decorated, and my child was very happy. It's conveniently located near Universal Studios, and we'll definitely come back this summer! I've been working on a year-long project in Yanjiao recently, and whenever I'm here for business, I always choose to stay at this hotel. The hotel boasts a great atmosphere. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a subtle, refreshing fragrance, perhaps orchid or jasmine, which instantly lifts your spirits. The guest rooms are spotless, and the mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable – I slept like a log last night. Features like electric curtains, Xiao Ai (the AI assistant), and smart toilets give the rooms a touch of modern luxury and high-tech convenience. All the staff are incredibly friendly, especially the young ladies at the front desk whose service is exceptionally thoughtful. Their smiles aren't just professional; they're genuinely warm and heartfelt. While the breakfast selection isn't as extensive as a five-star hotel, it's nutritionally well-balanced and perfectly sufficient. Overall, Ji Hotel is truly a fantastic hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the facilities were clean for the price, and it was great to be within walking distance of the night market and Walmart. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The laundry room was free, and there was even a dryer, which was very useful. The Sichuan restaurant on the first floor was delicious, and the hotel breakfast, while priced around 7,000 won, was excellent value for money. I was very grateful for my 4 nights and 5 days.

I bought a package that included the hotel and a Splendid China tour. The hotel is relatively new, and the front desk and room service were excellent; they even upgraded my room type. I only had breakfast at the hotel, which was clean, hygienic, and had a wide variety of options, though the taste was just average. The park environment is fantastic. I went on a Thursday, so it wasn't crowded, and I could enjoy the attractions immediately. The ball courts in the air-supported dome, as well as the paddleboards and kayaks, were quite new, and the water areas were very well maintained. The kids' playground has slides, climbing frames, swings, and a sandpit, but there's no shade, so it gets very hot in the sun. I didn't go there.

The hotel has a great environment and excellent facilities. I met up with some friends in Shenzhen, rented a car, and enjoyed the city's relaxed atmosphere. There was no traffic congestion during holidays, which was fantastic. We specifically chose this newly opened Four Points by Sheraton for our trip to Shenzhen because of the excellent service. Xiao Qiu at the front desk arranged a wonderful room; it was clean and tidy, with a large floor-to-ceiling window and a full-length mirror, and the mattress was comfortable. There's a newly opened fusion restaurant there, which was excellent and highly recommended. The environment and facilities were great, and we had a very comfortable stay. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel's facilities offer great value for money, and the front desk and room service are excellent. However, this was my first time encountering such a lack of professionalism and poor attitude from a reservations sales person. Since the hotel is close to Beijing and quite large, I thought it would be a good option for future conferences, offering good value. I asked the sales person if she could show me the meeting rooms and provide a quote so we could keep them in mind for future events. The female sales person impatiently replied that there were many meeting rooms and insisted I provide the exact number of attendees before she could show me any, otherwise, it would be impossible. Shouldn't a good sales person strive to fully showcase their products and services to meet both current and future market demands? We will have many conferences in the future, ranging from small to large scale. Don't they want to build a client base for future sales? This is the first time I've encountered such a sales approach! Perhaps because it's in Yanjiao, and there are no other hotels that can compete, they simply don't lack customers!

Service: Special thanks to our butler FREYA, who was always responsive and very thoughtful in helping us arrange a late check-out. Pet-friendly is a big plus! Unfortunately, I couldn't try the pool due to a last-minute period, but shooting, archery, and go-karting were a lot of fun. This weekend was lively with many companies having team-building events. The mini-train was also convenient. The dining options were a bit limited, and there weren't many restaurants nearby, but it was acceptable for our two-day stay. I was very happy to receive a suite upgrade upon check-in; it was a great experience. I would definitely come back if I have the chance.

The overall decor and service were of a high standard. With few guests during off-peak hours, the environment was remarkably tranquil. If you dislike crowds or are easily frightened, you might find it a bit too quiet. The breakfast selection was plentiful, ranging from local specialties to refined Western-style light meals, all with excellent taste and quality. Overall, it was a very good choice for a stay and deserves high praise.

The air conditioner in the room did not cool down during the stay, and the boss came to repair it twice. Finally, I ran to the new room to confirm that the air conditioner was ok before changing it for us.
