The front desk is very friendly, the breakfast is very rich, and the bathroom in the room is also very clean. My wife likes the shampoo and shower gel very much. At that time I came here late, but I didn't expect there to be a parking space. Parking is very convenient. Now this season, the air conditioner has started to cool down. The temperature is very suitable, and the sound insulation of the room is also very good. It was arranged for me to face the direction of the community, there is no noise, the room is very quiet, and I have a good rest at night; I will choose this Atour when I return, it is highly recommended.

TTha PanhaI stayed one night in Langfang; my friend recommended this hotel to me. I have never seen such a huge hotel. It was spacious, modern, and cozy. The manager, I’m not sure if she is the operations manager or the front office manager, was very friendly and helpful. She showed me all types of rooms so that I could decide which one I wanted to stay in. It was so nice of her. I have never been to a hotel that made me feel so comfortable, especially in the living room.
The room was spacious and reasonably priced, with a modern design and beautiful view. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

A special commendation goes to Manager Yan and Ms. Gao at the front desk, whose service truly exemplified five-star standards. As a frequent guest at five-star hotels, I found this to be a very positive experience. My only minor suggestion is for breakfast – it would be perfect if guests were allowed to take some items with them.

Unexpectedly, I stayed in a very cost-effective five-star hotel with first-class facilities, swimming and fitness, and first-class service. I felt at home. GGuest UserFree tickets for 2 adults and 1 child at Fucheng Joy Hot Spring Huishui Park are pretty good. You can spend half a day at the hotel and a day at the hot spring.
Facilities: It is quite complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. The swimming pool is not big, the water is not cold, but it is not very clean. It is understandable that it is not warm if it is clean. The dressing room is quite large, with a super large locker. You can change clothes in the dressing room or in the room before going swimming.
Environment: The bedding is quite comfortable, the lights in the room are not bright, and the table lamp is OK. The room next to it is super large, with a separate cloakroom and desk partition. There is also a 180-degree super large floor-to-ceiling window.

I clearly booked a deluxe double room, and the front desk told me that I would upgrade it to a deluxe double room for free. I took out the voucher and didn't say anything. GGuest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
