Exceeded expectations! I've stayed at many hotels booked through Trip.com, but rarely leave reviews. This hotel truly blew me away. The decor and facilities are top-tier, easily comparable to a luxury five-star. The service was excellent, and the location, environment, and cleanliness were all superb!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Xianghe Zheng'an Palace Deluxe Suite is great value! 54㎡ One bedroom, one living room and two bathrooms, mahogany Chinese style atmosphere is beautiful. The high floor faces south, and the window is opened to see the red wall and gold tiles. The night view lighting + iron flowers are beautiful. The bedding is comfortable, the sound insulation is good, and the sanitary details are online. The front desk service is intimate and actively coordinates the room type! The hotel is free of scenic tickets, the car can enter the park, and the Xianghe meat patties downstairs must be eaten. Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai ancient style vacation preferred, stay next time!

I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but after staying here, I found the rooms aren't old at all. The lake view rooms face the lake directly, offering great views of the water and the bridge, which sparkles with lights at night. The room was spacious for two people, and we could bring our dog, though I do have to complain that the pet cleaning fee was too expensive! The breakfast was abundant. Since the hotel is located within a park, the trees and lawns are very well-maintained, and the hotel is surrounded by water. There are many activities available; one night felt a bit too short, especially the little train ride around the lake, which was fantastic. I forgot to take a picture of the train, but the train driver was also super enthusiastic. The service was very responsive to all requests and tried its best to accommodate within reason. For example, there were four types of drinks in the minibar, and since we didn't drink one of them, we asked to swap it for a Coke, and a staff member brought it to our room. There were many such instances. The front desk manager, Ms. Zhang, sincerely answered our questions and provided help. In fact, other front desk staff whose names I forgot, and the housekeeping staff, were all excellent, gentle, and friendly – genuinely wanting guests to have a good stay and a good time.

The overall experience at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The only minor drawback is its relatively remote location; otherwise, it was commendable. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including a dedicated play area for children, making travel with kids much easier. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, with no feeling of crampedness, and each room was equipped with a washing machine, making it easy to manage laundry for extended trips and providing exceptional convenience. The overall decor and service were of a high standard. With few guests during off-peak hours, the environment was remarkably tranquil. If you dislike crowds or are easily frightened, you might find it a bit too quiet. The breakfast selection was plentiful, ranging from local specialties to refined Western-style light meals, all with excellent taste and quality. Overall, it was a very good choice for a stay and deserves high praise.

The room was clean and tidy. \n\nHoliday Relaxation | Double Hot Spring: The hot spring environment was clean and hygienic, and the facilities were quite complete. The restaurant in the park served generous portions, and the service was enthusiastic. We even received complimentary vegetables for picking at the end. Highly recommended!

This is a belated thank-you note. I was traveling with my parents and we passed through Xianghe. It felt like fate that led me to choose Lao Shu Hotel. The children loved the charming old-fashioned bunk beds, and the elders got plenty of rest. The shower water was warm and the temperature was consistent. Our stay was excellent, and most importantly, the price was fair and reasonable. It was economical and clean. The next morning, while we were having breakfast, I accidentally left my small crossbody bag on the restaurant table. We only realized it when we were already on the highway. I immediately called the front desk, and they promptly helped us find our room and the restaurant. They called me back within five minutes to say they had found it. I was incredibly grateful and rushed back. When I got my bag back, I wanted to offer some money as a token of my appreciation, but they refused. The hotel's professional service made me feel their sincerity and warmth. They truly are a conscientious establishment. If I ever pass through Xianghe again, I will definitely choose to stay here. In winter, hot springs are a better choice, not many people. Good location, rich breakfast. The environment is OK, the facilities are relatively new, and there are many places to eat around.

The hotel's overall decor isn't new, and there's no air conditioning in the lobby, but I appreciate the disabled access. During large events, they might be understaffed, as there was a chaotic scene with kids running around. There weren't many staff working on the weekend either. The interior design is also quite old; one pillow was visibly dirty, and the carpet had years of old stains. The air conditioning wasn't cooling; it stayed hot even after being on for a long time during the day, and the windows had smudges. The buffet, however, was good with plenty of choices and tasty food.

This is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!
