This hotel in Hebei Province is a hidden gem! If you're looking for a place to take the kids for some summer water fun, this is it. Everything from dining to entertainment is all-inclusive and absolutely fantastic. The environment, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. You don't even have to leave the hotel to access the mall directly. My parents stayed here for a week with the kids and felt completely safe and secure. The front desk staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming. We initially planned to go to Beidaihe, but after thinking about the hygiene there, we decisively opted out. I'm so glad we chose Haiyue in the end; we're absolutely thrilled! We'll definitely be back next year with the whole family! If they could convert the pool into a hot spring for winter, we'd definitely come back for the winter break too! It's also just a few minutes from Bazhou Station, making it convenient whether you're driving or taking the high-speed train.

喜歡這裏的環境，經常來，一如既往的好。環境優美，臨湖，孩子喜歡釣魚，出了倉就是水面，可以躺在床上看兒子釣魚，非常愜意。小院綠化超美，隱蔽性強，外人進不來，都有密碼鎖。可以獨自享受這一份靜謐，可以炭火燒烤，簡直太悠哉了。倉裏設施齊全。中途有點小意外，鄒管家及時解決，服務超級好。還會再來。還贈送了咖啡，感謝鄒管家的悉心照料。配備的自行車可以園區騎行，很是方便，兒子喜歡。

There are many parking spaces. There are also parking spaces near the hotel. Room: The suite we stayed in this time, one bedroom and one living room are very spacious, two bathrooms, many people are not crowded. Extra bed, 100/bed. The south-facing room sees the scenic spot, and the north-facing room can see the green sea behind, but it seems that it has not been trimmed for many years. The south-facing room overlooks the view downstairs, which is beautiful. Hygienic: The room was cleaned very clean, and the entire hotel area was very clean and tidy. The restaurant is also very hygienic. Service: The staff are very warm, professional and responsible. Dining: The type of breakfast is OK, not to mention high specifications, just choose what you like to eat, you can eat well.

I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but after staying here, I found the rooms aren't old at all. The lake view rooms face the lake directly, offering great views of the water and the bridge, which sparkles with lights at night. The room was spacious for two people, and we could bring our dog, though I do have to complain that the pet cleaning fee was too expensive! The breakfast was abundant. Since the hotel is located within a park, the trees and lawns are very well-maintained, and the hotel is surrounded by water. There are many activities available; one night felt a bit too short, especially the little train ride around the lake, which was fantastic. I forgot to take a picture of the train, but the train driver was also super enthusiastic. The service was very responsive to all requests and tried its best to accommodate within reason. For example, there were four types of drinks in the minibar, and since we didn't drink one of them, we asked to swap it for a Coke, and a staff member brought it to our room. There were many such instances. The front desk manager, Ms. Zhang, sincerely answered our questions and provided help. In fact, other front desk staff whose names I forgot, and the housekeeping staff, were all excellent, gentle, and friendly – genuinely wanting guests to have a good stay and a good time.

The overall experience at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The only minor drawback is its relatively remote location; otherwise, it was commendable. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including a dedicated play area for children, making travel with kids much easier. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, with no feeling of crampedness, and each room was equipped with a washing machine, making it easy to manage laundry for extended trips and providing exceptional convenience. The overall decor and service were of a high standard. With few guests during off-peak hours, the environment was remarkably tranquil. If you dislike crowds or are easily frightened, you might find it a bit too quiet. The breakfast selection was plentiful, ranging from local specialties to refined Western-style light meals, all with excellent taste and quality. Overall, it was a very good choice for a stay and deserves high praise.

The hot springs are great, it’s nice to experience them without too many people, the sports venues are very high-end, and it’s perfect for both sports and hot springs. It's just that the surrounding restaurants are not good, except for the farmhouse, there is nothing else.

The hotel's overall decor isn't new, and there's no air conditioning in the lobby, but I appreciate the disabled access. During large events, they might be understaffed, as there was a chaotic scene with kids running around. There weren't many staff working on the weekend either. The interior design is also quite old; one pillow was visibly dirty, and the carpet had years of old stains. The air conditioning wasn't cooling; it stayed hot even after being on for a long time during the day, and the windows had smudges. The buffet, however, was good with plenty of choices and tasty food.

I stayed in this hotel once before and thought it was pretty good, so I booked it again on a business trip. The price-performance ratio is really super high, the environment is particularly good, and the hygiene is clean. I also thank the staff for their thoughtful service.

This is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!
