The problems encountered during the stay have been effectively solved. The attitude is really sincere. The service details need to be optimized, such as the night bed service and welcome fruit, etc. need to improve the standards. ④ Member experience: It is quite satisfactory. The lounge is not open and replaced by the set meal of the hotel's Chinese restaurant (the taste is acceptable). The hotel breakfast category and taste standard level are good. The attention and rights implementation of Wanyuehui members are not bad. ⑤ Location: Next to Langfang Wanda Plaza, in the city center, it is very convenient to travel. ⑥ Special praise! I would like to praise the manager on duty on the night of check-in (I forgot to ask his name). I was not feeling well and needed ibuprofen urgently at 3 a.m., but the hotel medicine box was not prepared. The manager on duty offered to help me buy it at the pharmacy outside! I like the service awareness, but I don’t want to be troubled, hahaha, so I ordered takeout by myself in the end. I only stayed for one night, and the overall experience was not bad. I also talked a lot with the manager on duty before checking out. I can feel the intention to improve the problem from the attitude of the staff. In general, as a hotel in 2014, as long as it is repaired regularly, the hardware is not a problem. For Jiahua, the reason for choosing this hotel is more about hygiene and service. If you come to Langfang for business or travel, I still recommend it.

There are bathrobes, but the bath towels are small and thin, which is slightly inconsistent with the decoration quality. Emphasis on suggestion: service is not only about good attitude, but also about hardware and software + concepts. For example, it costs 3 yuan to add mineral water and check-out must be at 12 o'clock. These two items are not in line with the service awareness of pursuing high-level hotels. I hope that the pattern will be opened up a little, and the hotel will be positioned higher. Overall 95 points, it would be better if the room hygiene is more detailed. The service industry is about subtle services in every little bit. I will stay again!

On the first day, we went out to eat at a nearby restaurant called Guangshunxing and took a pack. When we came back through the lobby and took the elevator, we saw a tall and thin man. The person was chatting with a waiter in the store and pointed at the bag we packed and said, ”Look, look, the restaurant they went to eat at, I tell you, you must not eat it, they are all pre-prepared dishes...” My guest was very embarrassed at the time, and then today when he checked out, he said that he had lost a note clip and insisted that we took it away. The key thing that made me most angry was that I was the one who booked the room in the first place, but they didn't contact me and repeatedly called my guests in Beijing. I was in a hurry that day, and when I got off the plane, I only saw a message from my friend saying that they would deduct 60 yuan from our deposit. Not to mention whether the note clip is worth so much money, I just want to ask, your hotel said that we took it away, but we didn't find it after repeated searches, how can you insist that we took it away? Do you also have to unilaterally and rudely notify my guests that the deposit will be deducted? When I saw this message from my friend, I was very upset. I would like to ask the hotel, next time I stay in your hotel, do I need to check the items in the room one by one? Should you provide me with a list of items or even take photos of each item and upload it? Otherwise, would I be deducted 60 yuan for no reason like I am now?
