All the staff at the hotel were incredibly warm and friendly. The room was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was very comfortable. For breakfast, they even had Chinese-style stir-fried potato slices and fried rice. Plus, there was a guest relations officer in the restaurant who spoke Chinese and chatted with us. The elevator to the right as you enter the hotel goes directly to T3 on the 3rd floor, which is super convenient for those with a flight the next day. Highly recommend!

The Cairo Marriott Hotel has an old-money vibe and an excellent location in Zamalek's embassy district – it's quiet, relatively clean, and feels quite safe. There are plenty of cafes nearby, and all the gift shops and local specialty brands you could want, making shopping very convenient. Compared to the hotels I stayed at on the East Bank when I first arrived in Egypt, this one is much more convenient and comfortable. There's a subway station about a 10-minute walk away, which is great for getting to attractions like Khan el-Khalili – just three stops and less than ten minutes, much better than the hassle of a taxi. The room decor is an older European/American style, not very modern, but very clean. However, the Nile view from the balcony isn't as good as from hotels on the East Bank. I recommend ******* breakfast with your room, otherwise, it's $30 per person and not particularly lavish. The service was generally good, but there were some glitches. When I checked in, the key card didn't work, so I had to carry my luggage a long way only to find I couldn't open the door. I had to go back to the front desk to get it sorted, and they didn't offer any apology – classic Egyptian 'relaxed' attitude. Overall, compared to East Bank hotels, if I were to come back, I'd still choose Zamalek; it's just so much more convenient! Also, many people going to Marsa Matruh will visit Siwa. However, it's important to note that while Siwa is widely rumored to have a simple and honest local culture, there can be issues. I booked one night at Soléi old town, a hotel in the center of Siwa, through a certain platform. However, upon arrival, I was taken to another homestay-like place far from the hotel, with no hotel signage and terrible conditions. It felt like I was being scammed and was completely unsafe. The owner was incredibly despicable, knowing that the platform's ******* policy meant no refunds. He outright denied everything, wasting a lot of my time and disrupting my itinerary. Everyone should be vigilant when traveling, try to choose large platforms with refund policies and reputable hotels to avoid impacting your travel experience.

I booked for 1 night. The service is great, and you can't hear any airplane noise. There are shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport (about 20 minutes). Personally, I missed cereals and muesli for breakfast; there were only cornflakes, but you can't please everyone 😊. Otherwise, the breakfast was sufficient. I can recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very close to Cairo International Airport and has a great atmosphere, even with peacocks roaming the grounds. I chose a ground-floor room with a courtyard, which was right across from the pool. There are also various restaurants offering different cuisines nearby.

The room had an access to the pool directly which is nice. Only bad thing was people smoke all over the hotel making it so unpleasant. Everywhere in the world, people are not allowed to smoke inside hotels. So clearly not for people who have wheezing or asthma. Management should seriously look into this. Other than that all staff were very nice. Ashraqqat and also bfast staff are all very nice. Excellent bfast.

Ms. Marsalina is a truly trusted and valued professional at Kempinski. She approaches guest relations with genuine care, patience, and warmth, making you feel heard and supported. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail reflect very positively on the hotel. She is without doubt a wonderful asset to Kempinski. We arrived on the 31st, and the room immediately had a comforting and welcoming feel, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, an excellent location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. I liked the Hotel is in Proximity to the Airport. The Hotel offered us Meet & Greet service at the Airport to ensure our immigration & our transfer was smooth. Hotel has a very friendly staff. The checkin process was somewhat lengthy. However, we enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was great and served many options. Room was spacious and was overlooking the Pool. Hotel is currently going through expansion/ renovation. But we dis not feel any disturbances. I highly recommend staying here.

The staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad
