GGuest UserExtremely close to the airport, the hotel's elevator goes up to Level 3 where there's a connecting walkway directly to T3, which is very convenient. The hotel breakfast was decent, with fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, and omelets. The in-room facilities were just average, comparable to what you'd find in a Ji Hotel back home, but the toiletries provided were good quality.

I always, always felt well taken care of by the staff here, and, in particular, I must highlight the staff at the breakfast buffet as I always found them to be so genuinely kind and considerate. The rooms were also quite spacious and the architecture of the hotel reminded me of Paris which I loved. In addition, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle for airport pick-ups and drop-offs, which is incredibly helpful as I don't think Cairo Airport is the easiest for tourists to get out of with all the people haggling you for a ride.

3320255****This hotel is very close to Cairo International Airport and has a great atmosphere, even with peacocks roaming the grounds. I chose a ground-floor room with a courtyard, which was right across from the pool. There are also various restaurants offering different cuisines nearby.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

Mmohamed kamalI had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The reception area had nice background music, which made the atmosphere welcoming.
The only thing missing was slippers in the room, which would have added to the comfort. Overall, a good experience!
