Please understand this in advance. ・Regarding use of the balcony To avoid disturbing neighbours, please refrain from holding parties or loud conversations on the balcony. ・Smoking The entire interior is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. ・Even if you do not actually stay overnight, you will be considered to have checked in. Therefore, refund requests for this reason cannot be accepted. 【Important Notes】 ・As this is a quiet residential area, shouting or holding parties is prohibited. Please enjoy a peaceful evening relaxing. ・Barbecues, fireworks, and loud conversations after 21:00 are prohibited on the balcony. ・For consecutive nights, cleaning and linen changes are not provided (please use the washing machine and cleaning equipment provided). ・Please sort your rubbish according to the instructions on the bins. If rubbish is not sorted, a separate cleaning fee may be charged. When the bin is full, please dispose of the rubbish in the rubbish stocker in front of the entrance.
