"Very good, cost-effective, in fact, there is no need to live in a hotel with a view, the scenery in the scenic spot is similar, the hotel can see the landscape within five minutes, and the location is very central, the hotel restaurant is affordable and delicious đ"

Amazing
GGuest UserSuch a lovely place! Love the fire pit near the reception. I stayed around Christmas and the whole property was in a Christmas mood, felt really cosy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were big and clean. Really convenient that there was free parking available! Restaurant was also good.
GGuest UserAWESOME! This is a true hidden gem just next to Grand Canyon National Park. Extremely well decorated, spotless and so comfortable. All kind of details and amenities. Wonderful private space for dinner/breakfast. Having a ready-to-use private jacuzzi upon our arrival late at night after one busy day traveling around was a blast. Chris was so helpful too when we arrived, making sure that everything was fine. It was a pity we couldnât spend some nights (only one) but weâll definetely be back there if we visit this area again. And the premium option was worthy (more space!) Thank you!!
GGuest UserThe location is good, there is a business district nearby, Blue McDonald's is within walking distance, the room is clean, the facilities are relatively new, the hotel has its own parking lot, and the breakfast is also OK
JJen FonLocation is excellent. Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village is just next door. Have many good restaurants nearby. Airport Mesa is just 10 mins drive. Though the room deco was a bit ordinary but it's clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful. With that price, I think it's a good deal.
DDonnaYCGreat location, the resort is close to many trails and shops. However, Hyatt globalist gets no special treatment here. We stayed in a studio room that has a sofa bed, and also has a kitchenette which was great longer stays. We took a 90min tour of the property when they tried to sell us the time share which ended up being over 2 hours even though we didnât buy it.
JJeffreyG_An ordinary hotel, nothing particularly special, but overall it matches the price you pay. The facilities and services are quite basic, yet reasonable for the budget. Itâs a decent option if youâre simply looking for a place to stay.
GGuest UserFirst, the positive:
1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful.
2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging.
3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened.
5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly.
6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room.
7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity.
Now, the negative:
1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2â inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno.
3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent.
4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up.
Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night.
GGuest UserA great experience, our first time in a caravan. The beds were hard and 60% of the pillows were lumpy, and the polyester blanket made for a very sweaty night, but we still had fun.
As there are many other RVs in close proximity, you can hear others outside quite easily and may wake due to noise, but other campers are all pretty good at keeping to quiet time.
Although we were told there is 7 gallons of hot water in the tank per RV, in reality, it is at best, lukewarm, not âhotâ. We didn't try the public bathrooms so cannot comment if the water there was hot.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is quite good with nice views and Whole Foods nearby. I met with the aircon issue and maintenance mgr helped to change a room quickly. Although it was smaller but problem solved promptly.Streams are out of work and cannot be fixed due to holidays.
SsonguoerAnyway, it's not a bad idea to choose a chain hotel for comfort when traveling. It also provides a simple breakfast so you can eat something quickly. The room is quite large and the hygiene is OK. There is a Walmart opposite the hotel, which is convenient for shopping.
Page Town itself is not big, so it doesn't matter which one you choose when you drive here. It takes only 10 minutes to drive from the hotel to Horseshoe Bay, and it takes only about 10 minutes to drive to Antelope Canyon.
