Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

This hotel was our choice after visiting Grand Canyon National Park. Although we initially requested a quiet room at the front desk, we were unfortunately placed next to an ice machine. The noise was quite bothersome, so we promptly informed the front desk. They kindly and efficiently moved us to a much quieter room, which we greatly appreciated. Given that many people stay in hotels around here to visit the Grand Canyon during this time, it was quite busy with a lot of foot traffic and cars. During peak season, it's definitely advisable to book this hotel in advance to secure a room.

Super big room and clean. Only thing I was concerned is the curtain. Only one layer can close, the other layer is for decoration only. It is not thick enough esp. when I was given a level 1 room facing car park. With room lights on (2nd pic) and off (3rd pic), the curtain is a bit transparent. I had to do all changing in bathroom although I suppose to have full privacy in my room. Also, morning light penetrated through, made me waked up even earlier than the alarm set. Another thing to share is about the noise. I saw other reviews that Aircon is noisy but I find it is normal. The noise came from the fridge, which I usually power it off.

We arrived from the Grand Canyon at 8 PM. The hotel has a swimming pool, spacious rooms, and decent breakfast with fresh fruit. The Wi-Fi wasn't very stable, though. It's also not far from the famous gas station.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and we had to carry our large suitcase down four flights of stairs when we checked out.

Hotel amenities were excellent. Very nice pool and hot tub. On-site restaurant was great for breakfast. We didn't try it for any other meals. Our room was large and comfortable, but it smelled like stale **** and the coffee machine in the room was broken. These were reported to staff. We were only there one night, so we didn't try to change rooms.

The location right inside the national park is super convenient. There's a restaurant and a food court with plenty of choices, so you definitely won't go hungry. There's also a great souvenir shop with really nice designs for things like fridge magnets, and surprisingly, a good selection of outdoor gear. The room was pretty standard, typical American motel style, but it was clean and tidy, which was a plus. At night, the entire park was pitch black, and there were no streetlights in the hotel area, but because of that, we got to see a sky full of stars.

The stay was pretty average overall. The location was decent and the basic facilities were okay, but nothing really stood out in a positive way. The room was acceptable for a short stay, although there were some small details that could definitely be improved to make guests feel more comfortable. The atmosphere was fairly normal and the experience was neither particularly good nor particularly bad. Staff service was okay, but there is still room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. Cleanliness and amenities were acceptable, but not especially impressive. Overall, it’s an alright place if you just need somewhere simple to stay for a short period, but I probably wouldn’t consider it memorable or exceptional.

Checked for a long time and found this hotel without disappointment. The design of the hotel is simple and comfortable. Facilities are new and the room is clean. Although some rooms are on the road, they do not feel noisy. The little brother of the hotel saw that the frost on our car window took the initiative to get us a snow shovel, and the service was very good. There is a lot of food nearby, and Wal-Mart is very convenient. The only drawback is that the bathroom fan sounds a bit loud.

Amazing sunrise from the front of the hotel. Good hotel staff with breakfast, although there is stairs up to the second floor but you can request for the first floor.
