Great
GGuest UserIt was good stay overall. No complaints. Missing vending machine or cooler. With kids need milk all the time. So if everyone will get milk from hotel lobby it’s good for families. But really enjoy our stay. Next time definitely will prefer this location.
AAnonymous UserOf all the Hampton Inn hotels I stayed at during my trip to the US, this was the only one I was genuinely satisfied with. The Hampton chain consistently suffers from two main issues: incredibly loud air conditioning and breakfast options that are utterly unsuited for Asian palates. Honestly, I'll never consider Hampton my top choice for any future trips to the US.
MMagdalena LillaAbsolutely loved our stay!! This is now our go-to hotel in Flagstaff! It is new, modern and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Suitable for short and longer stays. Equipped with plates, cups, even a few cooking utensils, such as can opener, whisk, spatula, a small sink and even a small dishwasher. Location is great, and even if the highway is right there, the room was quiet. Large window to a superb view. The grounds around the hotel are lovely. Lots of benches, play area. There's 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lounge area, with plenty of couches 8and comfy seats and tables. The breakfast is abundant and varied. High chairs for babies are available too. Pool, gym, games are available. Parking is not free, but the fee was very reasonable and didn't mind paying at all. It is also quite secure, as there are cameras all around. I highly recommend this hotel. Pay a little extra and you get a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
WWilliamgohThe hotel is clean and well-maintained! It is very close to Walmart, town centres and foods! Breakfast is also very good, which was come with the room itself! Would definitely recommend for people who are planning to visit page to go to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend.
GGuest UserHubby and k got the last available room as we did not have plans to go as far as the Grand Canyon NP on this supposedly short trip. We were very happy to find this location, perfect for distance just outside the South Entrance. We got what we needed at the little store available in the hotel as well as having dinner in the Saloon without having to go anywhere outside. Our room was very clean, have coffee available for the next day with amenities just enough to get us over for the next day. I’d stay here again as it was also very affordable. Highly recommend it.
GGuest UserThe location is good, there is a business district nearby, Blue McDonald's is within walking distance, the room is clean, the facilities are relatively new, the hotel has its own parking lot, and the breakfast is also OK
HHONGLocation: Quite nearby the highway, convenient to stay for a night. About 1 hr drive to Grand Canyon.
Cleanliness: Good.
Service: Great, the front desk girl is very nice to help, advise nearby stores, how to use the facilities.
Facilities: Full, with swiming pool is a plus for kids.
Pretty a nice stay, would recommend for new stays.
CCongqianyougenvsijiThe hotel has a great view, right next to Lake Powell, but this is the only selling point.
The page said that I checked in at 4 o'clock, and I had to wait for half an hour to say that the room was not good. As a result, I didn't clean it after 1 hour. I finally got the key at 6:10. I was going to enter the room to change my clothes and take a sunset photo, but I missed it all.
The room was very old, the bathtub was very slow, and the water accumulated in the shower was not over the instep. I pulled out the plug and found that the drain was blocked with a bunch of hair, which was disgusting.
The stingy bar of hotel supplies, the toilet paper is very small, there is no spare, this is rare in g American hotels (seeing a few foreigners at the front desk to ask for extra toilet paper, it is also exaggerated to ask the guests to go to the front desk to get it in person). There is very little paper, it should be that the room service has not been checked and not supplemented. The first time I encountered a night of paper, I finished drawing.
HhuberttlimAmazing sunrise from the front of the hotel. Good hotel staff with breakfast, although there is stairs up to the second floor but you can request for the first floor.
NNicha ReeThe accommodation is located in an area that makes it very easy to travel to Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and Lake Powell, all just a few minutes' drive away, and it's right next to a gas station with very cheap gas. We arrived late at night, so there was no staff at the front desk; we had to check in via video, which felt quite unique.
The room itself was spacious enough to comfortably open a full suitcase. Basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator and microwave, but the furniture was a bit old, though it was fine for a 1-2 night stay.
