From the moment we arrive at the hotel to the moment we leave the last hotel, friendly staff at every moment. Eric, thank you very much, especially. He was so delicate and sweet and caring about everything I even didn't say. And the nurse at the Clinic Center. Thank you so much. She got off work late because of my treatment, but she took care of me until the end. She was so professional and nice. And Lovely 박새로이! You are so amazing. Thank all the staff.

Compared to the other bobocabin in Kintamani, this track was quite okay. But since they give you a forest landscape, please don’t expecting a coffee shop or nice restaurants around.
The bed was hard (actually i am okay with this since i already read the reviews about this), but since the cabin is in the middle of the forest, there are some insects (fruit flies and ants, there’s tokek too - i dunno tokek in english). There’s a lot of stairs so be prepared.
The jacuzzi works well, but its quite open and peoples around can look at you while you enjoying your time.
The AC is really good. They only give you a teethbrush, 2 bottles of water, and tea. Please prepare your amenities.

Excellent service and meals - we spent a wonderful time in Bali! I enjoyed half of my meals at Kojin Japanese Restaurant, where the food was amazing for us. The massage service here was also worth experiencing. The breakfast with room service was another highlight of our stay.
However, I would like to suggest adding more lighting around the hotel premises, especially near the steps near to the reception and area in front of the restaurants, as they can be difficult to notice during evenings or rainy weather, potentially creating safety issues. Additionally, it would be great if the restaurant could enforce a stricter no-smoking policy.
Special thanks to AYU DIAH, who was an outstanding assistant during our stay. She was very friendly, helpful, responsive, and provided us with valuable information not only about the hotel but also about tour options in Bali.
Overall, this was such a memorable experience that I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone in the world who wants to have a wonderful vacation~
Hotel location
- Ubud is in the center of Bali, with the Holy Spring Temple, terraced rice fields, jungle, and the Holy Monkey Park nearby. I like the feeling of the jungle. K CLUB Resort allows you to enjoy the beauty of UBUD in the hotel environment!
Environment
- The garden of the resort itself is very beautiful. Walking on the road, you will feel that there are both the exquisiteness of European gardens and the style of Bali. Flowers, green fields, water, everything complements each other. It is very convenient to go from the room to the restaurant and SPA. Partners must not miss the beautiful scenery of the rice fields. Even though there are many rice fields in China, the scenery here is also unique.
- I booked a 3-room villa with a view of the terraced rice fields. The whole space is very large. All 3 rooms have open-air space, and the sun shines directly on the plants. Not to mention the swimming pool, it is very comfortable. I like the Buddha statue in the grass, which makes me feel that the Buddha and his kindness are around us.
Food
-To be honest, I am very picky about food, but the variety of breakfast is very rich, and you will definitely choose what you like. What I like most is that it can take away breakfast, and later I found out that I can order breakfast from the room, which is really great! My husband often wakes up at 11 o'clock, and their delivery service can be delivered until 12 o'clock, which is very friendly to us lazy people.
-We also enjoyed the villa barbecue that day. It was Chinese New Year's Eve. We could watch the gala and enjoy the food. What better New Year's Eve dinner than this? Our whole family was freed from cooking! Thanks K CLUB
-Of course, we also tried the dinner at the hotel Akar, which was also impressive, the layout of the restaurant, the taste of the golden steak
SPA
-I would recommend every friend to go to the jungle spa. I didn't know that this spa I liked was in this hotel at first, and then I found out that such a coincidence made me happy for a long time. You can directly see the jungle, hear the birds, and the colors of the coconut trees and petals are very beautiful. Not to mention that the massage is very professional. We arrange massages almost every week, but the massage here, especially the head and back, has a very good medical effect.
Service
-Finally, I must say that the service really made me feel at home! I have been to more than a dozen countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, but the service experience at K CLUB is really great. I was worried at first whether the language barrier would affect it, but it didn't! Believe me, everyone you meet is very professional, friendly, considerate and warm! We took photos with many service staff, which is something we have never seen anywhere else. My husband and parents like them very much, Duwika, the housekeeper of our villa No. 9, the masseuse of the SPA, everyone is very good. They even came to the villa to wish us a happy new year and prosperity. This is my favorite hotel!
Sincerely thank everyone who served us, thank the management team, thank K CLUB, if I come to Bali again, I will definitely choose here again.

Very nice place and all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Very nice design. My partner asked to decorate the bathtub with some flowers and they did it very well and good smell. Unfortunately we booked on the rainy day, but still the place was amazing. The staff was ready with the umbrella before we get out from our car. The food for the breakfast was a la carte, and very nice food they have. Especially the Mie Goreng. Love it! We will come back again for sure!

I felt incredibly special from the moment I stepped into Samsara until check-out. The staff were very helpful, professional, and excellent at their jobs. Despite the rooms being nestled in the middle of the forest, regular pest control ensured that I didn't see a single lizard. Everything was great, and we were very satisfied.
Thanks for everything

Had a 2-night stay, was upgraded to a 2-bedroom villa as a birthday surprise.
The less-than-good:
- The location. Not just far from central Ubud, but from everything else. No mini mart within comfortable walking distance.
- Inaccessible. To get from the lobby to the main road, there is a long and VERY steep road. Some of our drivers had difficulty going up/down, most bike riders will refuse to go down. You have to climb lots of steps to go to anywhere from your villa as the whole property is on a steep hillside. Not elderly or wheelchair friendly.
The perfect:
- The staff. Amazing. All smiles, very helpful. Upgraded us and decorated the bed.
- The view. You'll be in a rice terrace valley. Spectacular in the day. Better than a seaview.
- The infinity pool.
- The food. Breakfast was wonderful with enough variety.
- The activities. Expect yoga and cooking classes etc, but the highlight was a Balinese dance night over a 4-course dinner. Memorable.
- The beds and bathrooms. Large, comfortable.
A wonderful stay, good for a few nights to lay low and be one with nature, especially if you don't plan on going out much.

Outstanding
LLuanna Cardoso deArriving at the hotel I immediately smelled the mould. The hotel is beautiful but smells. We were kindly received at the door, they picked up our luggage, and served us a welcome drink while we did the check in. I started to sneeze and my nose clogged so I explained I was allergic to dust and I would like a room with more sunlight and wind. When we entered the room the musty smell was unbearable. I immediately complained and they promptly found another room without carpets. I believe it was an upgrade. They also sent us an apology card with fruits and chocolates. Unfortunately, the new room was still smelly, not as smelly as the first one, but we accepted as we were super tired and didn’t want to wait any longer. Here are my pros and cons:
Pros:
Shower pressure was fantastic
Breakfast was great, they had options like avocado toast, salmon bagel, burritos, and a variety of international options
Bed was comfortable
Swimming pool Temperature was perfect and the bar very convenient with great drinks
Beach is clean and not crowded
Sunset is beautiful
The restaurants had a good environment and good food. A bit pricey, but overall worth it.
Cons:
Mould. This is actually the only reason I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. The smell is in the room and the entrance mainly. The rest of the areas are okay. This hotel was built in 1993, so I have to say that if it wasn’t for that, the hotel would be in amazing condition.
Service by the pool was very slow, my husband tried to get a beer first thing when he arrived and only after calling the waiter twice they brought him the beer, but it was room temperature! 😞
Coconut water and beer were not cold, they actually offered ice, but it just made it watery and tasteless.
Bike rental can only be used inside the hotel, and they don’t tell you that when you rent it. I tried to go out to cycle in the surrounding area and they didn’t allow me to go. After complaining, the charged me half price for the rent. I only used inside the hotel and at the beach in front of the hotel.
Concierge service was very slow and inefficient. He didn’t have packages to offer, photos, or videos. Everything was searched on Google right in front of us. The only option given was a private driver that could take us anywhere we wanted to go. The problem is that we didn’t know the places, so we were expecting a better introduction to the island and the activities. We ended up doing our own research and hiring the driver.
Transfer from hotel to airport costs 430,000 RP, but if you get a grab (similar to Uber/Didi) it will cost you less than 80,000 RP.
Overall, the hotel is a good option if you can tolerate the smell. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t recommend it. Otherwise it was a great stay for the price.
GGuest UserThis was our first visit to Bali. First of all, our welcoming stay at Royal Purnama was a great experience! Road to the hotel was confusing and surprising. But, after reaching, the welcome till bye to the hotel was an awesome and memorable experience. Regret we stayed only around three days! Anyway, we feel totally satisficed, we opt one of the best hotel in Bali.
SSankeerthana ChiramanaIt was a memorable trip with my family in Bali Hilton resort. Especially the memories we captured in the beautiful locations of the resort by Dreams Studio Bali, Geraldo and Eka.
Thank you and wonderful job by you guys !! when I now see the pictures on my wall, I feel really happy and think that I've taken a good decision to choose you guys to capture our memories!!
GGuest UserA very disappointing stay at this hotel. Issues started at check in and continued throughout our stay . Our family booked 5 rooms at the Alam KUL KUL and we all had issues with facilities and getting any action taken to address them . To start we visited the hotel in mid November 2023 to enquire about late checkout when we stayed in February 2024. The hotel reception were very pleasant in November and guaranteed that late checkout was easy and it was a great rate of 550.000 . The reception staff said that they had added the late checkout to our booking. When we arrived in February everything was different. First the reception staff questioned that we had visited in November and that we did not have late checkout added to our booking. They insisted that we name the hotel staff who we had spoken with in November. After much discussion we had the late checkout added but staff were less than friendly. Then they insisted we pay the extra money straight away. We said no problem but then my wife’s wise card wouldn’t work in their payment machine and staff kept insisting that the wrong pin was being entered. My wife had been using the card for the last 7 days in Bali with no issues. So I then gave them my wise card and was surprised when it wouldn’t work in their machine either. I also had been using my card daily in Bali with no issues. After much further discussion with hotel reception they said that we could pay at check out. We had already pre paid for all 5 rooms prior to this. On the day of checkout I received a request to contact reception as they had no records of us asking for late checkout. During several WhatsApp messages from reception they said that we had refused to pay for the late checkout and that we had stated that we would get it free. I was absolutely disappointed to receive these messages and we had never stated anything about free late checkout. The reception staff continued sending messages that were completely false statements. In reflection I think that the staff were trying to cover up the poor service lack of professionalism that they lacked. This were only a few of the small issues that arose during our stay . Our daughter and family had a mouse running around their room and it took staff 3 days to come and look at the room. There was never any offer to change rooms. Another family group had their air conditioning not working and it took 3 days for the hotel to address that issue . My wife ordered drinks during happy hour at the garden pool and when the bill came they wanted to charge full price and their staff stated that my wife had ordered room service! She was locked out of our room at the time because the electronic key kept failing.
On 3 separate occasions I asked to speak with the hotel manager to see if we could get better communication and service. Unfortunately the manager was always unavailable, so can only assume that is where the problem starts . Too important or don’t care about hotel guests.
Most of the hotels staff were extremely friendly and welcoming especially the restaurant staff.
The Alam is a very old property in a very good location. The rooms have been renovated and beds are comfortable. After visiting Bali about 16 times and staying in many different hotels and villas this was our most disappointing stay in Bali. It’s a shame that the small issues kept coming and that the hotel were either trying to cover up or complacent about.
NNrynI recently stayed at the Ramayana Hotel with a friend, and we had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly and trustworthy staff who made us feel welcome.
Our room was clean and well-maintained, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. One small detail that stood out was the delightful scent of the soap provided—such a nice touch!
The amenities were excellent, and we really enjoyed making use of them during our stay. Overall, we had a lot of fun and felt right at home. I highly recommend Ramayana Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
GGuest UserExcellent room. Really big with nice sitting area, balcony, good working desk. Also loved the bathroom.
Had some problems getting the safe to work but eventually were fixed.
There is not much micro economy outside and just one restaurant. I did manage to get Grab from the hotel.
The hotel runs a great shuttle to Semarapura and Goa Lawah, it's free but you tip the driver and guide and pay for entry to the various sites.
The spa area is nice but the treatment I had was not very good.
FFfern_elfRoom is nice and modern. Breakfast box is provided when requested for early Nusa Penida one-day trip. We found so many ants in the room, e.g., wall, working table, closet. Staff use insect repellent spray and it's kinda work. The security team is quite impressive, they help us get in the car and leading to our corrected elevator.
AAnonymous UserStaying here was a real retreat. The room which has pool access we booked was clean, spacious, intimate bcs there only a few room. Our room was very close to the dining gazebo where there were some plugs so we could working with our laptop with a sight of ricefields. the bathroom has a good warm water shower. I love when the morning sun can penetrate to the room. Nasi goreng and Mie goreng for breakfast are quite tasty. - But sometimes you can hear a gecko at night and unfortunately during our 2n3d stay, there were no one clean and make up our room. Also tissue and water didn't get refilled.
SShahriar ImranGreat central location
I stayed at Homestay Alam Pangkung for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city center where everything is within walking distance.
