I am genuinely confused about how this property has such a high rating. On the plus side, the location is very central, and easy walking distance to everywhere in Sanur. The breakfast is also freshly cooked to order each day.
The downsides however, far outweigh this. Firstly, we booked a twin room with a balcony and were given a double on the ground floor, with no balcony. Second, the property has fraudulent photos of a pool that does not exist. The staff confirmed this photo is not of their pool. "Regular" customers therefore get no pool access, and the "private" pool rooms actually share a pool, so definitely not private! Lastly, but certainly not least, we heard crying on our way back in to the hotel and followed the cries to find in the back of the parking garage they keep a small cat in a cage better suited to a hamster! Absolutely inhumane conditions, and no care at all from the owners. Disgusting!

Stayed for 6 days. No room cleaning except for every 3 days. Each time you have to ask for water . There is no fridge , no kettle. On the website it was stated that there was a pool . But it’s only reserved for the rooms (suites) . Other guests are not entitled to use it. Dogs barking each night and children playing . Can be noisy at times if you bear the noise. Don’t expect too much . Will I stay there again ? I doubt it so many more hotels along the street that may offer more than what this place does.

Приехала в 11 вечера,найти отель было не просто,особых указателей нет,водитель оставил на дороге и показал куда идти,конечно же там не было отеля,а вот стая собак была,пришлось поискать,в итоге нашла вход с другой стороны,персонал очень приветливый и старается помочь ,в номере было чисто,на завтрак были тосты,яичница ,фрукты,чай/кофе

Территория красивая, местоположение удобное, из туалетных принадлежностей только мыло, одно полотенце и для тела и для лица.... Бассейна нет.

Близко к морю. Вполне соответствует цене - качеству. Бассейна нет. Доброжелательные хозяева. Завтрак обычный: чай или кофе, фрукты и на выбор омлет, яичница или банановый блин. В номере немного сыровато. Местоположение отличное.

It is close to the access lane to the beach . Clean , friendly with calm and peaceful atmosphere just off the hustle and bustle of Jln Danau Tamblingan . There is no ceiling fan so air-con was used more often than i would have preferred ..
