The air conditioner in my friend's room broke down repeatedly. Although there was a corresponding compensation, the process of pulling it out always affected my mood. The cleanliness of the room was not very good. We complained and they changed us to a three-bedroom pool villa at 8pm. The price-performance ratio is not very high. I don’t think it’s worth it for more than 20,000 yuan for this room...the view isn’t that great either.

The breakfast is very good, the presentation is exquisite, and it is mainly ordered. The service is also very enthusiastic. Some of the experiential activities in the hotel are also great. Very good stay experience. (Except the hot water was not that hot...acceptable). Sometimes I don’t want to leave the room, so I call for room service.

五星級酒店的價格，非常差的入住體驗，服務員非常的傲慢，沒有服務意識，酒店設備也很垃圾，房間燈光有問題，晚上睡覺不能把全部電燈關掉，要留着非常亮的燈，影響睡眠。晚上蚊蟲很多，酒店居然沒有配備驅蚊水，除了拍照好看點，這麼貴的酒店，真的是住過體驗感最差的五星酒店，不會再來了

The hotel service staff are very kind and provide free ice cream every day🍦 allowing us to achieve ice cream freedom! The washing water may be purified from sea water for environmental protection, but it has a salty taste. Everything else is great!
