Stayed Aksari for our honeymoon and everything was so exceptional. Erika helped us from the check-in till check-out with full of care. We really enjoyed our stay over here and hope we can come back next time.

Staffs so Friendly, helpful anytime. The room is quite big，got private swimming. Outside also many swimming poor. But litter far for the town market around 45min , far from airport around 1:45min want estimate the time for drop off airport. The food in Bali is a little bit unfamiliar to us.

This resort is absolutely breathtaking. The room was Beautiful, the food was delicious. Erika was amazing, she’s an absolute star and she made my stay here enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Its was a perfect stay at aksari…we just love this place soooo much ..this is our second time here ..and sure will come back again…it was me and husband birthday vacay…and ayu whi is our personal assistant supprise us with beautiful cake …her service is very good…she so polite and her customer service is 5⭐️

Love this hotel in Ubud. We were very much immersed in the great nature and the relax and chill ambience surrounded by the hotel. The hotel provides free Yoga lesson and we had several meals in the nice restaurant including international and Japanese cuisine. Hotel staff are very friendly and have given us a very warm welcome and farewells drinks and showed us around for photos etc. Will come back again!

The service could be much better . We had delays with our breakfast alarmist every day. Design of the villas pose a privacy problem where other guests can see you and also the main path for the resort is right next to the villa bedroom so can get noisy (not something you want give me the $ you pay) In general staff are good and polite
