We had a great time at Kailash. It's close to some beautiful waterfalls but a little far from central Ubud. You can rent bikes at the hotel, it's very convenient. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is nice and the complimentary breakfast is really good.

The breakfast was more than enough, and even earlier on the day of check-out so we could make the ferry on our way to Nusa Penida.
Clean room, silent AC and an amazing crew working day round.

The bathrooms, frm all the rooms, do not have any possibility of ventilation. The only way of changing the air in the bathroom is through the room itself. Because of that the air is stale and they have mold on the bathroom walls and to some degree on the room walls next to the bathroom. The personnel keeps the rooms clean, they are changing the towels every day, but I cannot imagine why they have built the bathrooms the way they did it. The breakfast was good enough. You can have it a la carte or if you are a big group like we were you can have buffet. They cook the food in the property's kitchen. Avoid leaving the property after sunset. There are many dogs roaming free on the streets and you might get bitten.

It’s quiet and nice. Place is 5 to 6 km away from the city center. Few insects in room but you are booking a room in Ubud it comes with it.

We have loved the staff! They are absolutely the best and always willing to help us. We appreciate everything they did for us.
Banana pancake is my favourite ❤️ Good massage. Possibility to rent moto-bike on site. The owner/manager of the property is very interesting and nice person. He cares a lot about the guests.
Good location for the visiting of main attraction in Ubud and very silent place.

I went to the hotel pretty late in the evening, the hotel staff was very friendly and check in process was fast. The hotel itself looks stunning I loved it, and love my room that I got checked into. I’ve also booked it with a breakfast and the breakfast nice I ordered noodle soup and had many vegetables in it which I was really satisfied.

Our hotel room was incredible, with a four poster bed and a nice balcony to look at the greenery of the wilderness around. The area the hotel is in is quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet its a quick drive away from Ubud town. Ubud is extremely busy area, with lots of shop, restaurants and the monkey forest. It is also not too far from waterfalls, art shops and temples (if you are looking for something to do!). The staff at the hotel were incredible and could not do enough for you, helping us with bags, sorting out taxis and just generally being extremely friendly. Most evenings we stayed out in Ubud for dinner, but we did stay at the hotel for dinner on one of the nights and the prices were extremely affordable. I really do recommend this hotel especially if you want a nice relaxing trip which isn't too far away from all the local activities.
