Location: The accommodation has a strategic location, adjacent to a mall and close to 3 mosques in the city center, and is not noisy

First of all I arrive for the check in they tell me that I can’t have the price on *********** (240 000) and told me than 1 night is 150 000 so I don’t complain much and ask for 2 night as my booking on *********** secondly the next day I get a notification from my bank that 100 000 are debited from my account due to no show so I suspect this hotel to not confirm my check in to just charge a fee on the top of the extra payment I already made that totally against law and unfair I contact already *********** but not much they can do with 0 receipt of anything expect the 100 000 they charge for no show on my bank statement . On check out day I talked with staff over there that was absolutely terrible to help me even with a local person to explain everything clearly they just keep repeating the same speech ,contact *********** etc etc For finish the room are super dirty the aircon need maintenance the blanket is super small anyway please never come here guys they are not honest .
