It was a fantastic stay at GDAS I had with my wife. Property and rooms are amazing, but actually the best is the staff. From Concierge, Reception, to restaurant you can feel the kindness and heart everywhere. I specially need to mention and say thanks to our tour guide Dwi. He told us so much about the Island and his service and enthusiasm during the tour was amazing!! Hope to be back soon!

We had the best time at Gdas! It is a beautiful property with excellent employees. Super kind, sweet and helpful! Special thanks to Dwi, he was our driver for two trips and made our stay even more special! We would recommend to all guests to do a trip with him, f.e. The sunset or holy spring temple tour! We will came back!

Went with my partner and had the most amazing experience! What set this stay apart from others was the exceptional staff. Everyone in Bali is so friendly, and the staff everywhere has been great, but the team at Gdas went above and beyond x10! A special shout out to Dwi, who made the trip stand out. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and hooked us up many times, but he is so funny and nice. We hope to come back and see him again soon. Also will be coming back for the great food as well. Had a 12/10 trip and will recommend to all my friends and family.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Gdas. It was one of the best experiences that we have had. The staff is very warm, friendly and helpful. They are there at every turn. The environment is absolutely beautiful. Our favorite was Agung and Mungdae. They drove us to different destinations and ensured that all of our activities were scheduled. We are looking forward to returning very soon.

Such a wonderful and unique concept! I enjoyed the rooms, and the staff created a very welcoming atmosphere. We also had a butler, Juna, who took care of us dry well for everything we need during the stay. I felt comfortable and safe traveling with him. There has only vegan restaurant provide different experiences of the breakfast. We also enjoyed the yoga moment in the early morning.

You know that type of feeling you get when you’re in a place that has just the right energy? During our stay at Gdas everyone working at the hotel was greeting us by our names, with a super sweet and genuine smile. That made us feel super special. The resort itself is gorgeous, has everything you need for a rejuvenating experience: beautiful rooms, non-toxic toiletries, dreamy bathtub setup, delicious food, super sweet friendly staff, great pool and a jacuzzi, yoga shalas and more. We stayed in the Rice Paddy Deluxe Room, waking up every morning and opening the curtains to see that view was just precious! The location is slightly outside of Ubud center but that’s great if you want a chill place, plus the hotel has a free shuttle taking you to/from Ubud Palace every 3 hours from 9am. Food choices are plenty, and walking distance you can also find a few nice restaurants. Inside the room, everything was spotless and you can see the attention to details everywhere and the quality of the build. The evening turndown was a nice touch, with a nice message and a bedtime story, each night different. There’s morning yoga classes but I prefer doing my own as I am a yoga teacher myself. I’m considering organizing a yoga retreat here, as it’s spot on with the vibe I’m seeking for a yoga retreat. I’d recommend Gdas to anyone that is into wellness and wellbeing, and wants to enjoy Ubud, but without living in the crowded center of it. I am looking forward to return here soon!
