I’m so pleased that I choose this hotel. All staffs are super friendly and make me feel very welcomed. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The restaurant a la carte menu is also really delicious. Locations is the best for me to spend me last day in Bali. Next to the beach and not far from airport.

The room was very nice, we love waking up and jumping to our private pool in the morning. Hotel location is good, they also provided free shuttle to airport, jimbaran beah and nearby shopping centres. We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast was average, not many varieties. We have a bit of problem with water, low pressure hot water for bath tub that took ages to fill it up and some leaks in bathroom. But housekeeping did a good job that our room was always clean again when we came back after trip everyday. Bed was comfy but was making noise, which was so annoying. They provided bike to be used in the villa area and they gym/lounge room were nice as well.

Like always we had a very pleasant stay in Abi Bali Resort again. It’s very quiet, the Swimmingpool is clean. We enjoyed the afternoon tea. The breakfast was delicious. We had many menu choices with fresh poached eggs Benedict. The stuff is very attentive and if you have any items, the friendly stuff helps you immediately. We really enjoyed our short stay, booked the next two days in Mutiara Resort, next to Abi Bali, the same company. The place is quiet. So it is a perfect resort for relaxing. There is also a Spa with a Koi Pont enjoying relax your body. We will come again and off course we recommend this hotel! Thank you so much for a beautiful stay here! See you again! When we inquired about local attractions, they didn't just hand us a map; they took the time to understand our interests and crafted a tailored itinerary for us. By the pool and in the restaurant, servers anticipated our needs, offering refreshments and local delicacies with a warmth that made us feel like honored guests. I haven't written a review for a long time. This trip was very meaningful. Finally, I decided to choose the Raffles Bali Villa Resort. To be honest, I was really amazed, whether it was the layout of the room, the facilities, the food in the restaurant, or the entire service team. If possible, I would like to give you 200 points. From contact to check-in, Ctrip helped to contact and complete it. Here I also want to praise Ctrip's work team for being very serious and responsible. In this trip, we were on a honeymoon trip. The hotel decorated the room for us and sent us a cake. We booked two nights of dinner ourselves, one of which was a honeymoon package at the Sunset Pavilion. Although it was a bit expensive, my lover was very happy. The sunset was simply amazing. The breakfast every day was also amazing. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. The 24-hour caring service really made us very happy. I especially want to thank my housekeeper Gabriele, who took good care of us. Knowing that we were on our honeymoon, he gave us fruits every day. Even if he was resting at home, he could respond to us in time. My lover and I agreed that if we have the opportunity to come to Bali again, we will choose Raffles Hotel

The first night we stay was terrible. My husband got insect bites on the bed. Rain water got into the bathroom after a whole day of heavy rain. The hotel got us a new room with better renovation, cleaner I think? Quiet to stay. The best thing was the breakfast section and friend staff. Lots of food choice, delicious. Well, the location was not convenient even we took taxi…. If you are planning for sightseeing, this hotel may not be an option for you. But if you are planning to have a place for relaxation, you can consider here.

Serenity What a lovely hotel this is. Beautiful landscaping and architecture. The rooms are large and very homie with a comfortable sofa, table and TV. The balcony is huge! There’s room to do yoga and it’s a great place to read or write in privacy, with the sound of the waves crashing and tropical birds singing. The main pool is massive with a fun swim up bar and there are so many lounge chairs everywhere, you’re sure to get one. I really enjoyed lounging by the sea wall and walking along the beach. The staff are super friendly and attentive. It’s also not too far from the street where you can find a shop or a salon. Wishes: The rugs in the room were full of stains and should be deep cleaned or replaced (or just gone). Also, I did not try the breakfast buffet, but I did order room service. The omelette and gluten free bread was very nice; however, the ricotta seemed a bit off and the yogurt was clumpy. The orange juice was fermented. (probably not stored properly as it’s tricky in these hot climates) so I did mention this issue to the manager and he promptly offered me some fruit and to make me a fresh juice. I hope they can improve the food to match the amazing atmosphere and service.

I recently stayed at Ayana resort in Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort’s private beach provided a serene and exclusive escape, allowing me to relax without crowds. The breathtaking seaside views were simply mesmerizing, especially during sunrise and sunset—truly picture-perfect moments! The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. Waking up to the sound of the waves was a dream. The resort’s overall ambiance was peaceful and luxurious, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. Whether you’re looking for a romantic retreat or a tranquil vacation, I highly recommend Ayana resort. I can’t wait to return!

It was amazing! The location is perfect, very close to airport, the service and breakfast is amazing. Very friendly staff. The room is a dream, the private pools are calm and cosy.

Facilities: The room is newer than AYN Linpan and AYN Resort Hotel, but the sound insulation is very poor. My friend who lives in Linpan can also hear other people talking in the corridor, which is very unsatisfactory. The small size of the room is also a shortcoming. Service: The staff provided good service. The staff at the Rock Bar also helped to take pictures, which was very enthusiastic. Environment: 4 hotels share a public area, dining in the restaurant, swimming in the swimming pool, and there are many people. The most outrageous thing is that there is a queue for taking pictures at the H2O swimming pool from 6:30 to 9:00, and there is also a queue for going to the Rock Bar. There are a lot of people everywhere in the hotel. The resort hotel has become a pure Internet celebrity store. It doesn’t feel like the quiet resort hotel I like. Hygiene: The hygiene is quite satisfactory. After all, the park is indeed large, and it is understandable that there will be dead corners in some corners. The room hygiene is well cleaned.
