I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!

This hotel is AWESOME. The service is impeccable, the food is top-notch, and you can use the car service if available. Calvin and the other female host (cannot remember her name) were So gracious. My husband had just got a new job and they made him feel special and cared for. We will be staying here again.

I've been to some nice hotels in my life and it is clear that the Ivy Hotel sets the standard for excellence.
We did a one-day staycation here after our wedding and it was a magical experience.
It is pricey but includes a top-notch breakfast, a free mix-drink station with nice liquor, and many other amenities. It's probably the nicest hotel in Baltimore (yes, the Pendry is very nice) and is also incredibly intimate.
They have great attention to detail and it shows. The place is beautiful with the service to match. Also, their restaurant, Magdalena is very much worth the experience.
Basically, if you can afford to come here, definitely do.

Best check in, ever. Received a tour and history of the hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean and spacious and well stocked. They've thought of everything.

I had a great 1-night stay at the Ivy - my only regret is that I didn't book for longer! The room was perfect, service was great. I highly recommend and cannot wait to return.
