The receptionist won’t let me change my bed even though many beds are still empty and the people havent checked in yet.

I’m a solo traveler who’s been around the world (so I’m definitely used to a lot). I booked this hostel for one night, and when I arrived, I had to wait about 15 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk. The person didn’t seem very happy and saw that I was struggling with my luggage. Of course, they’re not obligated to help, but just standing in the doorway watching me struggle felt really strange. The beds are fine, but it seems like that’s the only thing they clean. There were all kinds of sticky, dirty stains on the nightstand and all over the dorm. The next day at breakfast (which I didn’t have high expectations for anyway), it was surprisingly bad. There was just a bag of white bread, a few mandarins, and some butter cups. There was no tea and not even proper cutlery. So if you want breakfast, you’re better off going to 7/11. The woman working there wasn’t very friendly either. I asked to leave my bags until 5 p.m. since my flight wasn’t until 9 p.m., and it took some convincing before she finally agreed. When I wanted to change clothes before leaving, I asked if I could open my bag, but she told me to hurry up because she wanted to go to lunch. I’ll never book this hostel again. Really disappointing… And if you’re reading this (staff), please work on your customer service.

I was lucky to have booked a room at a very good price so I would give them a full mark. The room is very clean with multi level lighting system. Fridge, hair dryer and toiletries provided. The location is very near BTS station and Chula food street. However, the WiFi is a joke. No dental kit. No balcony. The daytime reception lady holds her tongue and smiles tightly which I believe she must go through something unhappy at that time.

great hostel. my capsule bed was comfortable and had a very quiet surrounding. the shower had a cold water 2 days of my stay which was upsetting and I was also noticing hair (darker than mine) on my bed sometimes, but besides that I liked it all.

Clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. They quickly resolved a small issue we encountered.

The location is good, not far from mbk and Siam. For the hostel the shades in capsules are very transparent. Also there’s a note that they have free luggage storage but in fact it wasn’t while I was there which ruin some of my plans that day.

The location is not too far from the metro station. The price is reasonable and cheap.

Nice and convenient place. The room and path rooms are clean and the staff is nice.

Spacious, located next to Siam.

There is no lift hence when caring big luggage need to more alert, anyhow the room is clean , for the price those pantry are good enough. The staff is friendly.
