Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel Reviews

Terrible experience ever had. During my stay, the hotel did not have any water available. They allowed me to cancel the rest of the booking at the counter and promised not to charge the remaining balance. However, it turns out that it did not allow my refund, and the staff are totally not willing to serve the customer, and the fact that they are not reliable. They handled the water outage badly and scammed my two nights of booking. As a student with no income, it is totally unacceptable.

Nice room and good service. I stayed 1 night for exhibition. The location is excellent and I like this hotel very much. Highly recommended

Amazing hotel with an awesome spa/pool area and a convenient shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the airport. The breakfast was good, the lobby very pleasant, and the bed extremely comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again if the occasion arises!

A nice stay as we arrive Toronto late and the hotel has shuttle bus services even midnight. Staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable!

It was a decent layover night!

The hotel is old, the shower head is broken, the air conditioner is very noisy, and they charge $29 for overnight parking. This is the first time I've stayed at such a bad Marriott. They even charge for water. The front desk also reported that Marriott hotels in Toronto don't provide free drinking water, but they were proven wrong the next day. I stayed at a Delta hotel, also under the Marriott umbrella, and they provided free water (Figure 3 shows the drinking water provided by Delta).

The written check-in time is 15 o'clock, but I was allowed to check in when I arrived after 10 o'clock. The hotel airport bus runs every 30 minutes, T1 is on the ground floor, and T3 is on the arrival floor. There are no shopping malls and supermarkets near the hotel, there are several restaurants, and there are also restaurants in the hotel.

There is a shuttle bus very close to the airport.
