AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located not far from Nanning East Station and a quick trip to Longhu Tianjie, with good amenities overall. The area itself isn't bustling, so it's exceptionally quiet at night, which is a big plus, and parking is easy. The facilities are excellent, especially the suites which offer fantastic value for money. They boast expansive views, even river views, and are quite spacious. The decor reflects Marriott's quality standards. However, the service is quite mediocre. Perhaps it was due to staffing shortages during a holiday period? Regardless of the time of day or how many people were checking in, the large lobby only ever had two to three front desk staff. There were no doormen, concierges, or any lobby managers available to answer questions. Any inquiries had to wait until the front desk was free. Food deliveries were handled solely by robots, with no staff assistance or oversight. This 'fully self-service' feel is completely out of line with Courtyard's usual standards; it felt more like an economy chain hotel. The front desk staff's attitudes were also inconsistent, ranging from enthusiastic and helpful to cold and unprofessional, which was quite puzzling.

📍The location is unique, adjacent to many famous attractions, and can be reached on foot, saving a lot of time for sightseeing. There are many bus and subway lines in the surrounding area, which makes it very convenient to go to distant places. There are also convenience stores and specialty restaurants downstairs, so you can replenish your energy at any time and experience the local atmosphere.
As soon as you enter the lobby, you can feel its high-end atmosphere, exquisite and stylish decoration, and spacious space. The front desk staff is very professional. They greeted me warmly when I checked in and carefully introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding travel tips. The whole process was quick and heartwarming, which made me relax immediately after the long journey.
🛏️The room is even more amazing. When you push the door open, a warm atmosphere hits you. The bed is big and soft. Lying on it feels like being wrapped in clouds and you have a good night's sleep. The house is fully equipped with all necessary facilities, and the smart control panel is super cool. You can easily adjust the light brightness and air-conditioning temperature with just a tap of your finger. The bathroom is sparkling clean, the shower head has a large water flow and a constant water temperature, and the toiletries are all high-quality, leaving your skin smooth after washing.
🥐The dining is excellent, with a breakfast buffet that's so rich that it's dizzying. From soft bread, fresh fruits to local snacks, you can be full with just a little bit of each. The restaurant has an elegant environment, the waiters serve dishes promptly, and you can dine in a pleasant and relaxing mood.
🏊♀️The hotel's supporting facilities are also very complete. The gym equipment is brand new and diverse, and can meet both aerobic and anaerobic exercise needs. The water in the swimming pool is crystal clear, and you can swim a few laps without feeling tired.

The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The decor was simple yet tasteful, and all the amenities were neatly arranged and clean. The sleeping experience was incredibly satisfying; the soundproofing was effective, allowing for a very peaceful night's rest. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and very efficient and helpful. They responded promptly to any requests. The surrounding area offered convenient transportation and a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. MM256756****The rooms are all very spacious, with an industrial and rustic wood design aesthetic. The room decor is exceptionally high-end, featuring Hansgrohe showerheads and Duravit toilets. We even got a free upgrade to a larger room.
The hotel restaurant is also beautifully designed, and the breakfast perfectly captures the ceremonial feel of a Western-style restaurant.
Special shoutout to the front desk staff, especially the young man who took many Christmas-themed photos for us with his own camera, free of charge. The service throughout was excellent. Thumbs up!👍

Today morning, I had difficulty accessing Scoot to checkin for my 2pm Nanning-Singapore departure flight. Michael went the extra mile to bring me to the adjacent building to a print company and make use of their computer to login to Scoot airline. Due to different web platform, I was still unable to complete my Scoot check-in. However, I appreciate the extra effort made by Michael. I have stayed in this hotel, in and out, for 6 days and it was worth my money spent. Nanking has many beautiful places of interests.

The hotel is also a little beside the main street of Nanning Night. If you go out for a walk in slippers at night, you will find Nanning Night Pedestrian Street.
The service of this hotel is very considerate. From the moment I made the reservation, I was contacted to arrange the room. The main focus is a butler service. The room hygiene is also very good. It is very suitable for leisure travel. Five-star praise!

I asked the front desk to clean the room after renewing the lease for 2 days. The day before yesterday, they said they would charge a cleaning fee.
