DDuoheshuivCame to Lugu Lake with friends and choosing this hotel was such a pleasant surprise! We had a room with an unbeatable lake view, a terrace, and a private hot spring. The moment you open the window, you're greeted by the sparkling lake. Watching the sunset in the evening was absolutely stunning, and the private hot spring was incredibly relaxing. The cleanliness was meticulous; even the corners were spotless, truly nothing to fault. The environment is serene and elegant, far from the hustle and bustle, making it perfect for unwinding. The service was also very thoughtful; the owner proactively helped us plan our itinerary, and all our requests were promptly attended to. Our BBQ dinner was fantastic too! The ingredients were fresh, and enjoying meat and drinks by the lake with the breeze blowing created an amazing atmosphere. The facilities are comprehensive and high-quality, making our stay very comfortable. You absolutely must stay here when you visit Lugu Lake; it offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be back next time! 🌅

GGuest UserThe room is beautiful, and stepping onto the balcony to see the stunning lake view was amazing! Today, I discovered that the mountain directly opposite the hotel is Mount Gemu, the Goddess Mountain! The overall design of the room is excellent, and all items within the hotel are complimentary. Especially the toiletries, which are SANTL products. My husband absolutely loves their body lotion; it's fantastic for combating the dryness at high altitudes. The hotel service is superb! Before we arrived, the driver who dropped us off said that 'Qieman' (likely a mispronunciation of the hotel name or a local nickname) is the top luxury hotel in Lugu Lake, and that for pickups and drop-offs, they'd send either a Maybach or a Tesla. I didn't quite grasp it then, but when we actually went out, I realized it was true! Whether it's transportation, dining, the travel photography provided by the hotel, or cultural programs, everything is wonderful! You can have a very fulfilling and pleasant stay without even leaving the hotel! Finally, what left the deepest impression on me were the classic books placed in the hotel room. It truly caters to the spiritual well-being of travelers! Of the two books, I preferred *The Moon and Sixpence*. Rereading a classic like that brought fresh insights. It's a pity our time was too short. I'll leave the next stop for exploration, and 'Man' (likely referring to the hotel or a person) says, let's go together, fellow enthusiasts!

FFaye. CThis place is super clean, beautiful, and the service is outstanding! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, staff came out to greet us and helped with all our luggage (even our backpacks!!!). Since we arrived late, they specially held our afternoon tea set and brought it to our room. They also surprised us with a beautiful and delicious cake, probably because I mentioned we were on our honeymoon. On the first floor, there's a common area where you can watch movies, and someone was freshly grilling local milk fans, plus they serve really good butter tea. They even have unique cards made from Lugu Lake grass seeds that you can plant – very special! Breakfast was abundant. Overall, it was truly amazing. My only regret is that our itinerary made us check in late and check out early, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the scenery, which is a real shame.

GGuest UserAbsolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch. Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel) Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job. Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

MM521165****The hotel boasts excellent design, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home! Our room had a breathtaking view of Lugu Lake; we could open the window and see it, and it was just a short walk to the lakeside where we could even take a 'pig trough boat.' The owner is a local Mosuo person, very polite and hospitable. We also got to visit their unique grandmother's house. Getting to Mount Gemu Goddess was also very convenient, and we even asked the owner for travel tips. The cleanliness was exceptional, truly a five-star cleaning experience. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, the glass was sparkling clean without any fingerprints. The bathroom fixtures were TOTO brand, and the bedding was high-end and very comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and exquisite! The morning mist over Lugu Lake is truly beautiful! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

GGuest UserThe room was great, and Lugu Lake is beautiful. The service was also excellent, and the yak mushroom hotpot (I think that's what it was called) at the restaurant was delicious. Plus, there were cats and dogs, which were so cute and therapeutic. I'll definitely bring my family next time.

GGuest UserI stayed in the parent-child room with my grandma!!! I booked blindly after reading the comments! The joy of opening the blind box is that it is so worth it! There is not much introduction to the room. In addition to what they said, there are also hairbands, independent makeup removal wipes, etc., full of details! It was cloudy when I came, so I didn’t take pictures of the yard. The real picture is as shown~ The room service is also very considerate. We drove here by ourselves, and they helped us check in very late! The recommended tours and food are all great! I booked it directly

MM544550****The room was very spacious and clean, with excellent amenities including a smart toilet, hairdryer, kettle, and disposable toilet seat covers, making our stay very comfortable. It even came equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was perfect as we were able to wash all our clothes during our two-day stay at Lugu Lake. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The pillows for resting our heads were just the right height, and the soft bolster pillows were very plush. It was truly Atour-level quality, excellent! The toiletries were also great. My family is always concerned about hotel hygiene, but here we felt completely at ease sleeping without needing to use our own disposable bedding. The guesthouse's location is superb, very close to Lugu Lake. We could just walk through the courtyard straight to the lakeside, which was incredibly convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning and taking a stroll in the evening. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. The afternoon tea was delicious with a generous selection of pastries, and they were happy to bring more if we requested. They also offered pick-up and drop-off services with a very nice vehicle, and helped with our luggage. The service attitude was truly outstanding.

CClarissa TangWe had a comfortable stay here, breakfast was provided and beds were comfortable. You walk out and you are facing the Lugu lake too! A beautiful site. Only thing was that towels provided were disposable, and some room lights needed fixing. Hosts are really friendly and reply WeChat timely. There isn’t an elevator on the facilities and you might initially think you arrive at the wrong place when you arrive by car. You would need to walk through a backyard of a local house before you reach the accoms. They do ask for feedback about your stay which I really appreciate. And they have explained some concepts after my feedback. I think this is a nice accoms to consider for your stay. They do adjust their amenities according to past feedback too. Family room was kind of fun!

AAquandelvxing~It was a pleasant surprise to stay at Muyun Villa when visiting Lugu Lake! The view from the room window is amazing, you can enjoy the lake and mountains while lying on the bed. The owner is hospitable, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the location of the B&B is also excellent, and it is convenient for travel. The surrounding beautiful scenery is a great movie. I will come again next time!
