This place is not easily visible from the main road but the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful to come out to the main road to wait for us. Place/Room is very very beautiful, clean, quiet, cosy and spacious! Room looks into the lake and mountains @level 1. There's complimentary afternoon tea and also nite sweet dessert(fungus soup) w free photography. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly - always checking w us on our needs. Breakfast is - beautiful/colourful - appetizing - nice! Beautiful and cosy place so stay in - would love to go and stay again!

It was a true combination of Chinese and Western. 2. There were many activities in their home. I missed the afternoon tea. There were movies in the public area at night, and there were cultural and creative activities - Jiama painting. During the day, they would give away tickets to the Mosuo Museum. Although I was traveling with two people, I observed that these activities were also suitable for bringing children, which was very fulfilling. 3. Their home treats guests like family, which is really worth a thumbs up! When I checked out, I just asked for two more bottles of water. As a result, the staff knew that I was going to drive to Shangri-La by myself, and filled me with a bag of snacks and glucose to prevent motion sickness on the road. This is my first time staying in a hotel similar to a homestay. Before, I used to book chain brands such as Hilton Indigo. Qianshanji gave us so many surprises that I spontaneously wrote so many reviews at this moment. If I have to say something that I regret, it's why I only booked one night. I regret it so much. Next time I must leave enough time and stay for a few days!

Service: We drove from Chengdu, and there was a lot of traffic on the May Day. The housekeeper Xiao Hou contacted us the day before check-in, asking about our safety all the way and helping us reserve a parking spot. After we arrived, a special staff member came to the parking lot to pick us up, and there was Tremella soup at the hotel. Environment: We stayed in the courtyard on the first day, which was relatively quiet. The second day was by the lake, the environment was particularly good, and there was afternoon tea on the second afternoon, which was very pleasant. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel extra special. One staff member even came to our car to assist with bringing up our luggage, while another kindly showed us to our room and gave us the option to choose an upgraded room. We were very grateful for the complimentary upgrade. The view from our room was absolutely stunning. It would have been even more perfect if the beds had electric blankets, as the centralized heating didn’t seem to be very effective. The hotel offers dining options and has a bar, which is a wonderful feature, especially since they serve food late into the night—perfect for those arriving after hours. Overall, the room had a lovely layout, though I did notice the lamps were a bit dusty and the window could have been cleaner. However, the bar manager kindly offered to clean the window for us, which we really appreciated. We had a very enjoyable stay and were impressed by the attentive service throughout.

The accommodation experience during this trip to Lugu Lake was perfect! The originally booked room was surprisingly upgraded to a 6-person loft, which was spacious and cozy, and the family lived very comfortably. The service was full of details, and disposable bath towels and face towels were thoughtfully prepared, so there was no need to worry about toiletries, and the sense of security was directly maximized! The best thing is that you can see the beautiful scenery of Lugu Lake when you open the window, with rippling blue waves and distant mountains and clouds interweaving into a picture, and every glance is a visual enjoyment! The whole family is very satisfied, and it must be a five-star praise!

The room is very smart and well-equipped. The comb is an air cushion comb, which I took away. The location of the hotel is also very good! ! ! When you go out, you will see Lugu Lake, and when you look up, you will see the Goddess Gemu Mountain. The service attitude is even better! It includes pick-up and drop-off.
