"Great location, just a few minutes from Pisa Centrale. Breakfast also nice. The room isn't super big but is nice for a solo traveler for a night. Bed is comfortable and there is an ensuite bathroom. The tap wasn't working properly and the fridge was very noisy. Most of the staff was nice."

"The room is very small, but compared to the price, I think it is very cost-effective. In foreign countries where the average nightly rate is 2,000, the price here is very reasonable, and it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, less than five minutes' walk! The facilities are a bit old, and the sockets even need to be supported by a cabinet to prevent the plugs from falling out. The hotel is also not far from the train station, less than ten minutes' walk. But all in all, this price, this location, and this view are still very cost-effective"

GGuest UserTitle: Stunning boutique stay in the perfect location.
The room was beautiful with incredible decor and great attention to detail, the garden area was also gorgeous and very romantic! Very clean amd very comfortable with all of the necessary amenities.
The breakfast was delicious and substantial and the wine was the best we had in Pisa!
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend!

TTravelling travellerWe loved this place. It's in the centre and walking distance to all restaurants and sites. It's best to inform the B&B of the time you will arrive because it's a self check in place, and you need a code to access the property. You only get the code once you go inside. There is a number outside, but its best to give them a heads up so that you are not left out.

GGuest UserA 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful!
We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass.
Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

AA.ChoyThis is my second stay at this hotel. It offers an affordable price and ample parking, making it very convenient for independent travelers. While its exterior might not immediately impress, the hotel itself is comfortable and clean. A short path from the hotel's restaurant leads directly to the beach, allowing you to soak in the natural ambiance. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.

Kks1911It seems that the old building is being renovated. You need to turn the key yourself to lock the room door on either side.
It is located very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, so there is no shortage of restaurants and souvenir shops. There is also a small chain supermarket a short walk away.
If you are staying in Pisa, this is a highly recommended hotel.

勇勇敢的蓝风The location of the hotel is a bit off; the breakfast is very good, the restaurant is very beautiful, and the prices of orders at other times are more expensive; the rooms are quite spacious, safe, refrigerator, TV, etc. are all available, all of which are embedded in design, which has a sense of science and technology; The open-air garden on the second floor is very beautiful, suitable for evening chats and gatherings; in terms of services, two beds are set up in the room as required, and free taxi-hailing services are provided. The consumption receipt is shown at the checkout, but a tourist tax of 4 euros is added every night (Not mentioned when booking by Ctrip); In terms of hygiene, the rooms can be cleaned up in time, but the corridors, rooms and towels all have a sour smell.

GGuest UserGreat location with a terrace with the perfect view. Shame that the bar it is not open all day. It will be great to sit down and have a coffee/ drink/snack there.
Also, there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room.

AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room.
I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic.
The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go.
A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive.
The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean.
Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum.

GGuest Useremm...People at the reception were pretty nice, but they didn't offer blankets or quilts. Just a bed sheet. I got nothing to cover me and the air-con was pretty cold. I tried to cover me with the bed sheet but then I started having itchy goosebumps everywhere I touched the bed. How unsanitary could the bed be and I seriously doubt if there were little bugs in there since what on earth was making me get goosebumps and itchy all over. I had no choice but go down to the reception at 2 am to ask for a blanket. Btw, the shower facility was the simplest I have ever seen. It could've just be called a bold tap installed in a higher position. You cannot take it down or anything. And there's this automatic lighting system that went off into darkness once in a while. And I have to wave my hand more than five times during take **** to make the room bright.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the heart of Keith Haring, near the train station and in front of the wall. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The room is the smallest in which I have been in all my life, literally bed and the right step to pass, but the bathroom was refurbished and everything was clean.
