I loved the free shuttle to the airport which I made use of daily so I could connect to the train and make my way into downtown Seoul. I also thought that the staff went above and beyond to help me navigate the city and made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend anyone stay at The Grand Hyatt

JJD’sTRIP⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended I had an excellent experience during my stay. The service was truly outstanding and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room for free—from a Deluxe Double Room to a Junior Suite. The view from my room was beautiful, especially overlooking Central Park. The food was another highlight of my stay. There were so many delicious options to choose from—meat, seafood, salads, beer, soju—you name it. Everything I tried was flavorful and fresh. The hotel facilities were also top-notch. I enjoyed the sauna, gym, and swimming pool, all of which were clean and well-maintained. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. I will definitely book again, and I will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends.

BBruceYoung11Overall, the hotel lives up to its 'Premier' name. I really liked the decor and the room itself – it was incredibly spacious and very clean. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making check-in a breeze. However, the breakfast was quite mediocre, really more like what you'd expect from an apartment building, which felt unnecessary. Also, a heads-up about check-in times: for some reason, certain bookings had a 6 PM check-in, which was a first for me.

GGuest UserHad a really great stay in March! The water park wasn't too crowded, so it was best to go in the morning or around noon. The 'Zhoubian Qing' package was incredibly good value for money; we stayed at the hotel for three days and didn't even need to leave! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with three time slots and a huge variety of options, including many specialty dishes. My only minor suggestion would be for slightly better quality dairy products.

GGuest UserHaving a low-rise bed was great since I was with my child. However, the room was so hot that I had to sleep with the window open. The bathroom was spacious and decent, and it even had a bathtub. The sink was unusually deep. I later realized it was because the water pressure was incredibly strong. If you turned it on just a little, it would immediately shut off, which was annoying. I figured out that if you turn it on slightly and wait a few seconds, it stabilizes and you can use it. The shower pressure was also extremely strong. It was the first time I've ever been annoyed by strong shower pressure. Breakfast wasn't bad for the price. The coffee on the first floor was delicious, and they gave out discount coupons that you could use repeatedly. There were two kids' cafés, and we used both. They were affordable, and there weren't many people, so my child had a great time.

YYupeng GaoWe stayed here for one night during our layover in Inchon, and this is our 3rd time booking this hotel during our 16-hour layover Pro: - Free shuttle pickup/drop off from/to the airport - 10 mins drive from the airport - Morning breakfast (cost extra) is really good - Room is spacious and comfortable, we got the extended stay room, so it comes with a full kitchen and washer, and plenty of shelves - Drop off at the airport is fast, especially if you're flying out of Terminal 2 Con: - If you arrive in Terminal 2, they will need to drive outside the airport and come back in to Terminal 1 to pick up, which will take an additional 15 mins. When you have a crying child after 12 hours of flight, it might be better just to take an Uber. - You also need to reserve the shuttle ahead of time, and it only comes once an hour, so if you missed your 8:15 PM shuttle in Terminal 2, you have to wait until the 9:15 shuttle - Check-in was just ok, there were 3 check-ins at the desk, and all with different companies, and the self-check-in machine didn’t work; it took longer than it should Overall, we do like this hotel, and their breakfast is amazing. We probably would take Uber to the hotel and take the shuttle back to the airport next time.

PphilipzkThis is a Wyndham-branded hotel with a great location. It's right next to Unseo Station on the airport line, just two stops (about 7 minutes) from Incheon Airport T1. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle, though it takes around 30 minutes to reach T1. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, as well as a Lotte Mart supermarket next door. This Howard Johnson shares a lobby with the Days Inn next door, and a lot of airline crew stay here. The rooms are a bit dated, but it's perfectly fine as an airport transit hotel.

Now for the downsides: there was no hairdryer in the room. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone was dead – no dial tone. Also, the fridge was very close to the bed, and it would suddenly kick in with a loud noise at night, severely disturbing my sleep. On the plus side, OLIVIA YOUNG is nearby, and there's a night food street in the evenings.

GGuest UserEven though the hotel might look a bit old from the outside, I have to say — I had a really comfortable stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. What I loved most was the **super convenient location**. I chose this hotel because I was going to a concert at INSPIRE Arena, and it turned out to be only about 2 km away. I walked there and back with no problem at all! The streets are nice and safe, even late at night after the concert ended. No stress about finding a taxi or waiting for a bus — I just enjoyed a pleasant walk under the cool night air. Along the way, there are plenty of restaurants, a CU, and 7-Eleven stores that are open 24/7, perfect for grabbing snacks or drinks anytime. Plus, the beach is also within walking distance — if you have free time, you can stroll over for a relaxing seaside vibe too! Overall, this hotel made my solo trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you're attending an event at INSPIRE Arena or just want a practical and comfy base to explore the area! 😊
