TToudingxiaowuyaAn excellent stay at Paradise Hotel Seoul. The spa and jjimjilbang facilities are outstanding—clean, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. The sauna experience alone is worth the visit. Service was professional and attentive throughout, making the entire stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

GGuest Uservery convenient to lots of walkable food options; korean grill bbq, pho, indian, coffee shops. Panaramic bar on the top floor looks fantastic. I'd stay here again compared to the hotels located in the airport if I wasn't in a rush. Takes about 20 minutes and $40k (krw) to get to the T1. bed was incredibly comfortable. The room had a washing machine; wish they would have sold the detergent for it or had it in the room for a way to take advantage of the amenity. stylish and relaxing and in a great part of town.

AAnonymous UserI moved rooms. The room next to the elevator was hard to rest because the elevator noise was transmitted directly. They told me to take out my luggage and come down with the key. And the room I was moved to had a city view. The sun rose in the morning and the temperature rose to 29 degrees. The air conditioner didn't work properly, so I was able to check out late, but I left early. I don't think I'll go back.

DDisanshuaiThis hotel truly illuminated my trip to Incheon! From its prime location and comfortable facilities to its thoughtful service, everything was impeccable – a real gem in the Songdo area.
The location is an absolute plus. It's just a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Incheon National University Station on Subway Line 1, and only two subway stops from Lotte Outlets, making daily travel convenient and efficient. Even better, the airport limousine bus drops you off nearby, so even with luggage straight from the plane, checking in is a breeze, which is especially friendly for tourists. Right across from the hotel is Lotte Mart, and there's a convenience store on the first floor, so you don't need to go far for late-night snacks or daily necessities. The surrounding commercial center also boasts numerous restaurants, so dining and shopping are right at your doorstep.
The room's comfort and practicality far exceeded expectations. The space is bright and spacious, with rooms starting from 320 square feet, complemented by excellent soundproofing that completely blocks out external noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom is well-appointed with a separate wet and dry area and a full set of toiletries, making for a very comfortable stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows in some rooms are a highlight, offering stunning views of Central Park and Songdo's beautiful scenery – lush green during the day and sparkling with lights at night, a truly spectacular visual experience. The free Wi-Fi signal is stable, perfect for both work and sharing travel experiences.
The service and amenities are also truly impressive. The 24-hour front desk staff are friendly and professional, quickly responding to requests like luggage storage or route inquiries, ensuring smooth communication throughout. The self-service breakfast offers a rich variety, balancing Korean and Western options to suit different dietary preferences, helping you start your day energized. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pools are a distinctive feature, allowing you to relax with a swim anytime during your trip. Other facilities like the gym, sauna, and free parking are also comprehensive, catering to both business travelers and family vacations.
The minor drawbacks are that the hotel doesn't provide free drinking water, and toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be purchased separately. Some guests also mentioned that the breakfast options remained the same for several consecutive days. However, these small imperfections are overshadowed by the hotel's convenient location, comfortable environment, and thoughtful service. I will definitely prioritize staying here on my next visit to Incheon!

GGuest UserMy sister and I stayed here for our trip. We chose this hotel because it's so close to the station, which was perfect as we had an early morning flight on our last day. Just a heads-up, the climate companion card isn't valid in this area (for both buses and trains). The location was excellent for our final day – right by the station, and close to Daiso, Olive Young, Lotte Mart, and several convenience stores (GS25, CU, 7-Eleven).
There's a shuttle bus to the airport, but it was too early for it, so we ended up taking a taxi. It would be great if there were earlier bus options.
What was a bit disappointing:
The shower was tricky. There was a constant cold drip from the rain shower head, which was uncomfortable in March, even at 14℃. I can't imagine how bad it would be in the middle of winter – you'd freeze!
Also, there were power outlets by the bed, but when I woke up, my phone wasn't charged. The same happened to my sister. It's almost like the power turns off when the lights are switched off? This is something to be aware of, especially if you rely on your phone for mobile boarding passes and such.
Surprisingly, noise from the hallway and other rooms carried quite a bit. I went to bed at 11 PM for my early flight, but the noise kept bothering me. I'd fall asleep and then wake up again, which was frustrating. If you're a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea.
I called a taxi using a ride-hailing app, and it arrived in less than a minute. The roads were clear, and we got to Incheon Airport Terminal 2 in about 10 minutes. The fare was around 1500 yen.

HhanrrI booked this hotel because it is relatively close to the Incheon Museum. After I checked in, I found it was better than expected. The lighting in the room, the air conditioning, TV, and a remote control are all done very well. There is a nice barbecue restaurant next to the hotel. (Off the topic 😂)

XXiner2The room was spacious and quiet. When I checked in and put on the disposable sheets, I found a lighter with Korean characters under the mattress. 😱... There was also an open package of unidentified food behind the curtain. 😓 The front desk service was excellent. 🥰 Downstairs is the shopping street.
The airport pickup was impeccable. 👍👍👍 The drop-off service was late, and I almost missed it. ✈️ It was a close call, but it was fine. 👌🏻
Overall, it was a good stay!

VVorArtI arrived to the hotel at 10:00, while official check-in starts from 15:00. The manager was very kind and said that I could check-in earlier.
The location is super good, you could go to the airport by walk, it will take about 15-20 minutes (~1.6 km). And also there is a free shuttle bus station to the airport right Infront of the building.
The room is very big and comfortable, and there are several CV stores near to the hotel.
