GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants of different flavors, and the streets are beautiful, which is very suitable for eating and shopping. The room is large, the hygiene is good, and the doorman is very nice (I forgot to tip...). The only uncertainty is that there is no air conditioning. I checked in in March, and it might still be a little cold at night, but I don't know if it will be a problem in summer.

Ffang001206A colleague of mine was on a business trip to Mexico. His flight was arriving after 11 PM, and he had a connecting domestic flight to Monterrey the next day. With both his arrival and departure from Terminal 1, the Courtyard by Marriott was the perfect choice. I had stayed at this hotel last year and had a very positive experience, so I didn't hesitate to book it for him again.
HHussain Ismail from LondonReally nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio.
The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis!
The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!
Thanks Hotel Marquis Reforma! See you soon.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our 3 nights stay at PF hotel & suites. The young guy doing night shift at check in counter gave the best service! We checked in at 3 a.m on 20 November. , he saw our taxi and promptly came to open the entrance door for us. We saw him on different evenings and he was always smiling. The hotel housekeeping did a splendid job! The room was very clean. The furnishings and furniture might be a bit dated, but at such a convenient location, this hotel is highly recommended at this affordable rate. There are great Korean gimbab & fried chicken little shop right next to the hotel if you crave Asian food. A short walk away, there are several local Mexican restsurants, cafes and street food stalls.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center.

GGabrielaMedranoI stayed 8 nights here. The price was super high for such single room. No kettle, no security box, no water every day (you need to go to 1st floor to refill a bottle). There is no closet only a place with 4 hangers. The breakfast was included but sometimes there were many people making a line and you need to wait a lot. I have stayed at Ibis in all Europe and this hotel still needs to improve a bit otherwise should charge less money. What I paid was quite a lot for a single room. Please check your prices. Rooms in Europe are bigger and even cheaper. I am Mexican and I have stayed in many hotels. Please charge less. I would still stay here if prices decrease.

GGuest UserGreat hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.
XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.

GGuest UserIt's a hotel with an excellent location and beautiful architecture, however, they need to improve some aspects. The rooms need to replace the carpets, replace the bathroom fixtures, and improve the towels.
One very important thing I didn't like is that at approximately 11:00 p.m., they turn off the hallway lights to access the rooms, and the room number is not visible. It's a
