GGuest UserThe room itself was very nice, and the bed was quite large and comfortable.
However!! The nearest bus stop from the airport (take bus 300) is a long walk from the hotel, involving crossing a traffic light, and it's very windy and cold during that stretch of road. Plus, the shuttle bus costs extra…
It's also inconvenient to get to the city center from here; firstly, it's far, and secondly, this area isn't included in the GVB day pass. It's located in the suburbs, and public transportation is relatively expensive.
Perhaps more suitable for business travelers…

SShanzhongheshi_Hotel hygiene: just barely acceptable. The table was not wiped well. When I opened the curtain, there was a box of strawberries left behind. Hotel location: far away from the city. It takes three or four stops to get to the airport. It is suitable for tourists who go to Keukenhof to see tulips or go to the airport. If you are going to the city, you'd better not book it because it takes more than an hour to get there by bus and the commute is very tiring.

DDipamkara YangThe staff were excellent, and the room was very clean and spacious. I stayed for three days. The airport shuttle bus is free if you're a member. The room is quite large, which makes this hotel more convenient than staying in the city center if you're flying in and out of Amsterdam within 2-3 days, as you don't have to drag your luggage into the city. Plus, you get more space.
The price always fluctuates; sometimes booking early is more expensive than booking closer to the date. I booked early and ended up paying over 700 more for three days.
(I don't recommend the breakfast. We bought two separate breakfasts for 19 euros per person, and there was very little to eat – mostly basic bread items. It's not even close to the quality of breakfast you'd find at a 4 or 5-star chain hotel in Sweden).
Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it.

I had a wonderful time at NH Amsterdam Schiphol. The shuttle service from the airport was easy and efficient. I loved that I could bring my cat — very pet-friendly! The room was clean, staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed the pool and sauna. I’ll definitely return with my family!

JJINKY LABRADOR CLORESNear the Schiphol airport. Just 1 train stop away. Staff are kind and efficient. We were able to check in early for only 10 euros. Breakfast is delicious. The room is big enough with a kettle, cups, glasses, coffee, and tea. There's an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer. You can also leave your suitcases safely. Parking is free too. We had great stays and will for sure stay again in the future. Thank you.

LLifeofseriI enjoyed my stay, we arrived early and we were able to check in. Rooms were ok, twin beds, shower, tea station. There was a blow dryer in the room also, everything worked fine. Great location 10mins walk from the train station, one stop away by train to the airport and about 25 mins to Amsterdam Central. Breakfast was good also pastires, breads, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and beans and then fruit and cold meats.

GGuest UserIt's close to the airport, I was able to check in online myself. The front desk receptionist was kind and friendly. The room was nice, it has all the necessary amenities such as a mini fridge, coffee and tea maker. It has a decent sized tv (not that we used it, but still). The shower was nice, the pillows and bed are heaven!
The rooms are soundproof. We are definitely going back again.

KKelvin Wi enjoyed staying here - it was a bit complicated getting here by bus as there are works going on at the schiphol bus terminal - so you will need to logic your way to the right bus stop (google maps does not factor this in, so you will need to find temporary maps from schiphol along the bus stops).
when you get to the hotel it is not obvious to view from the bus station either, so again you will need to figure out how to head to the moxy, but the hotel itself from the inside is very modern and fresh looking, everything is clean, the rooms feel very up to date and the bathrooms look bright and newly fitted which is always much preferred to old and worn. there is a lot of space to sit, read, and plan your trip on the ground floor with multiple sofas and desks. once you figure out the bus it is very easy to head back to schiphol airport or to town center from the hotel.
the only thing is there is no tea or coffee station in-room, nor water, so everytime you want to boil water for tea or coffee, or even grab a drinking cup, you would have to go to the lobby and sometimes that isn’t practical as that’s also where other hotel guests are and the staff are stationed, and you just want some privacy. maybe they could put water bottles in room daily? or a water kettle?
it’s a great hotel for if you are travelling into amsterdam for a short trip and have tight schedules to the airport, such as late night or early morning flights, and you are a younger solo traveller, who wants the privacy of their own room which is a step up from a nice hostel, and doesn’t mind figuring things out a bit as part of the journey

GGuest UserNot far from the airport, about a 15-minute drive. I asked Ctrip to inquire twice if the hotel had a shuttle service, and both times the answer was no. On the third inquiry, they said they did. The service was quite unprofessional.
It's newly renovated, with a decor style similar to Atour hotels in China. Housekeeping is almost non-existent; the 'make up room' light was on every day, but cleaning never happened. I had to manually call someone to clean the room.
Breakfast was very mediocre, with hardly anything good to eat, and the fruit wasn't fresh.
I recommend staying at the Radisson Blu instead; there's a huge difference.
The hotel is located in an industrial park, or at least a business park, where companies like Bayer, Omron, and Abbott have offices.
Overall, it's very average. I don't recommend staying here; the Radisson Blu is much better.

The room was also quite clean.
But the transportation is not very convenient, it is very remote, and it takes 12 minutes to walk to the nearest station.
