The facilities looked too old for a 5 star hotel. Even the coffee machine was too dirty so I had to wash it many times b4 I used it. The stains were hard to get off.. Locationwise, Its a little away from the main area. It wasnt too bad. The staffs were nice but next time if I visit Barcelona, I would stay at a hotel close to pl. catalunya where the airport bus stops. It was tiring to carry my luggage all the way to the bus station 🫠

Staff were so friendly but the lighting in rooms and whole hotels is bad and rooms are not sound proofed

Great hotel staff. Very helpful and friendly employees! Always ready to help: with a taxi, with recommendations, with booking tickets. Very good breakfasts, they meet and see you off. The only thing I can say is the air conditioning in the room, I couldn't get used to it and I was cold, the robe saved me 😁😅 Everything else, and especially the location, is great! Very nice Spanish restaurant, which greeted me in a friendly manner even at 22.00😇

Beautiful hotel in the center of Barcelona! Exceptional staff and delicious breakfast in a beautiful environment. The rooms are spacious and very well furnished.

The room is nice, but the lighting could be better

It has good location accessibility in the city center. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Barcelona. The staff are friendly and the rooms are cozy.

The location is very convenient

The breakfast is diverse, rich and delicious. The room provides snacks, coffee machine and teapot. The room is not big, and it is noisy outside. There are people making noise nearby at night. Because there is another check-in the next day, the hotel will re-charge the breakfast fee for the previous check-in. Two people checked in, and even counted as five people. There was no actual inspection of the payment details. There were obvious mistakes in homework. Although there were improvements, this kind of error is a bit outrageous for a five-star hotel.

The hotel is very good, much better than the hola hotel in the back. The staff are friendly and offer a lot of help
