The location of this youth hostel is pretty good, about a 15-minute walk from the central station. The facilities are also okay, and the shared toilets are kept relatively clean. But the overall stay was terrible, mainly due to their staff being extremely unfriendly and totally unwilling to assist. I arrived around 11pm. I had seen other travelers' reviews saying the check-in process was very confusing, so I tried to contact the hostel to find out the details, but they never responded. The only message they sent was a reminder to pay the tourist tax. Even though I responded and completed the payment, they still did not provide any clear instructions for check-in. As a result, I waited for an hour at the entrance of the building, and then waited for another 15 minutes at the door of the internal stairwell. In the end, I had to rely on the help of other passengers to get in. I tried calling the emergency number, but was hung up every time. It was not until the day before check-out that I finally received the code information for entering and exiting the main door. The overall experience was extremely bad. I even lost a converter during my stay, which I suspected was due to poor security management of public spaces. Such management and service are really unacceptable. I will not come again and will not recommend others to stay!

I remember it as a happy space because my Italian friend Piero helped me a lot. I think it would be good if the part where I don't read and answer online responses was improved.

The location of the apartments is good, to the Basilica of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker min. 10-15 walk along the embankment. To the beach Pane e Pomodoro is also not so far, it is nice to walk along the embankment, and it is beautiful in Bari. The old town is nearby and all the shops. The check-in was interesting. At the beginning you had to register online, you receive a code, on the wall by the door there is a safe, you enter the code and take the keys, go into the common corridor near the apartment there is another safe there is also a key directly to your apartment. The room was clean, not to say that it is very cozy, but we only came there to sleep. There were no breakfasts. Otherwise, I liked everything. Thank you.

In a good location and friendly service

Nice two-room suite. There is a common kitchen with a self-service machine (coffee, cookies, chocolate, etc.). We were there in November, it was already cool, there was no heating. This is the only negative for me. Access to the room is electronic, there is no reception desk on site (since this is an apartment) and you need to contact the owner in advance. But in our case, the owners wrote to us in advance themselves, so we checked in with the keys.

The room itself is pleasant, but unfortunately you can't take a shower, the shower holder was broken and the water didn't flow anyway because there was a blockage! On Trip.com it says check in is at 12:00 and check out is at 10:30 But that's not true, only when I arrived would I have to wait outside because check-in starts at 1:00 p.m. and I would have to go out earlier because check-out was at 10:00 a.m. First of all, then I forgot my power bank in the room, but no one answered and I knocked on the door more than 3 times, but no one answered, so I would just have to leave without the power bank. I would like to give minus stars, just bad service

It’s a clean and well organised place with high ceiling rooms that are pretty inviting. Check in works via a link and requires a mobile internet connection for the first check in. That works well if you have a SIM card with internet access if not, then you should plan for it. We had a two room apartment for three people. The smaller room was a walk through to get to the bathroom. The bathroom looks newly renovated and was clean. The door is foldable though and very thin. The kitchen us shared with others and has some basic utensils (not for big cooking). The location is quite and rather central. So you get to the old part of town in ca 10 minutes and the central train station in 15 minutes.

Excellent location, near the seafront of Bari, convenient self check in... the rest can be reviewed: bathroom without window, with mold and battered shower cubicle. Barely enough cleanliness, half the TV channels couldn't be seen, the climate was broken. Host who did not always respond promptly to needs
