We booked a night in the Premier Inn in Bath City centre when we dropped our daughter back at University. We picked the Premier Inn because they have always been good value when we have stayed in them before (in other locations). This one didn't disappoint. It was a lovely clean and comfortable room - so much better that the Travelodge that we stayed in last time we were in Bath.

Disappointed stay, had issues with room, and false promises given to resolve issues. Not really family friendly, no real belief in customer service. Shame really as this was a great location for my small family. Hope some staff training can be given, definitely needed.

Well located in the centre of Bath. We stayed for 2 nights, room very basic, no fresh towels provided during our stay the sink in the bathroom was very slow to empty obviously a bockage somewhere & a horrible smell of drains. Noisy on the 1st night people outside shouting, dustbin men the following morning & added to this the racket made by Seagulls. If I visited Bath again I would not stay here.

The stench in the hotel room (imagine a combination of raw garlic and sewerage) was so bad we had to request a room change, which the receptionist accommodated. If there hadn't have been an alternative room available, we would have packed up and left as it was intolerable. The windows don't open. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. The towels were stained. The carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered for weeks. Didn't dare look at the state of the mattress. Positives - very good location for the Roman Baths and the reception staff were pleasant and tried their hardest.

Very convenient position in the centre of town ,super quiet through the night with very friendly reception staff .On down side the room is not serviced every day so important to hang towels up .

The hotel is well located and clean. But ventilation system will keep light sleepers awake. There was no hair drier and only 30mins free WiFi. It’s convenient and 8mins walk from the station

i have been here a quite few times and it is always my go to. it had an amazing location and it has such a comfortable and cozy vibe. Also loved the free coffee and staff was nice and helpful. will definitely recommend and will be returning soon!!
