"I felt there was a real lack of information regarding the schedules for attractions like archery and beach volleyball, which didn't seem to have set times. The pool dive also lacked a specific schedule. The worst part for me, though, was the bathroom in the room. The resort and the room itself are wonderful, but the bathroom is very cramped and there aren't enough mats on the floor to dry yourself. The toilet takes forever to refill after flushing, and the faucets for the shower, sink, and jacuzzi are very old and constantly leaking. Aside from that, the stay and food were excellent. The staff are incredibly welcoming and cheerful, which really enhanced our stay, except for the baristas who only seemed lively during parties or when they were getting cash tips (I understand, but it's annoying). Overall, a great stay!"

Perfect for relaxing, long walks, and spending the whole day by the ocean. The location is excellent and the resort feels comfortable to move around. Overall, the service was very good: friendly staff, quick to help, and always with a good attitude. The facilities are well maintained, with several dining options and plenty of areas to relax. The food was better than expected, especially at the à la carte restaurants—well presented dishes and great taste. Ideal for solo vacationing, couples or families looking for a large all-inclusive resort with an amazing beach and a calm atmosphere. I would definitely come back."

"Our room can occupy 5 persons which is good. Furnitures and amenities is nice. Only thing I can comment is the AC. It was 20C and I feel its not cool enough and can barely make the room cool. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Other than that i like the resort and the food. Add up some activities for the night like party and cool music please."
