Bavaro Hotels with Gym

My husband and I had the most amazing time at Joia de Bávaro last week! The resort was absolutely beautiful, the service was top-notch, and every moment felt like paradise. From the delicious food to the peaceful pools and stunning beach views, it was the perfect romantic getaway. We’re already dreaming of going back!

The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice. The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

We loved everything! The cleanliness, the attentive staff, and the upkeep of the complex were all fantastic. As for the food, we ate what we enjoyed. Overall, lunch, dinner, and breakfast were wonderful. The pools were clean, there were all sorts of attractions, and drinks were plentiful. Honestly, we have nothing to complain about. The Princess group truly deserves commendation. I have to end with a rant: how can anyone go to a place like this and still complain??? Most of the time, people don't even have all of this in their daily lives. For example, I went back to eating bread and butter when I got home... haha!

Their service starts at the check in. Warm welcomesand big smiles makes you feel immediately safe and at home. Their facility is clean, quiet, and there's this sense of calmness throughout the facility. Their rooms are spacious with modern amenities. And the food, the food blew me away. Real authenticity, flavorful, and various assortments to choose from. I'll definitely be coming back

What an amazing place. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff made my check in pleasant. Shout out to señor Francisco from the Mexican restaurant. He and his team were awesome. The food was delicious. The buffet restaurant is packed with goodies. Anything you want you can eat. Justin was super nice. Best waiter ever. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Overall, had an excellent time. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, I had underestimated this accommodation because of the rate, but yes, I was wrong. The cleanliness is incredible, absolutely spotless, and the customer service is just as good. From the moment I arrived, the attention from Yajaira, the staff at the adults-only bar, and the snack bar made my solo trip delightful. And what can I say, I got to enjoy a spectacular beach... If you're used to trips with a gourmet dining experience, this isn't your place, but otherwise, it was very good. 💫

Incredible hotel! Very good food options as well as entertainment, the only bad thing was that they didn't clean our room one day

The facility outside is well kept, the cleanses in the room could be better. We had the ceiling fan, the phone in the room and a faucet leaking in the bathroom and it didn’t get addressed until the next day. After it was fix it was all better. I would recommend to stay here it. You will have plenty to do, plenty to see and good food.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It has a large, well-maintained property with lots of greenery and peacocks roaming around. The beach is spacious, with white sand and an unbelievably colored ocean! There are many restaurants and a convenient booking system. Everything was fantastic, except for one thing – on my last day, I discovered that the lock code on my suitcase had been changed. It's unclear why the staff would do that, but it was unpleasant. I didn't lower my rating because of it.

Upon arrival i found out that Trip.com botch my reservation. i booked a garden suite that offered a king bed or two doubles. My search was 1 room 2 adults i was giving Punta Cana. princess suites. the resort refuse to check me and my sister in because a phone rep told me that my booking was good for two. had to use my spending money to pay extra cause Trip.com did not put my sister on the booking. food was nasty, cold and picked over. fresh food was not put out often enough. Flies were all over the food. wait staff at the steak house was rude and nasty. Refuse to correct my order after they messed it up. Spent an entire night hungry. beautiful spot but will never go to this resort again nor will i book with trip.com
