"Very nice hotel! The room was modern and clean, the stuff is very kind and allowed to check in a bit earlier, also helped me either some small requests and was very hospitable in general. I appreciate that a lot! Location is in walking distance from the metro station. There are different restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around. Breakfast was diverse and tasty, with a lot of choices like eggs, sausages, bacon, ham, cheese, vegetables, bakery etc.I recommend!"

What truly made the experience special was the warm and welcoming attitude of the front desk staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel at home.

JJessy XieThe room is clean and tidy, about one kilometer away from the beach. The brothers at the front desk are very friendly. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the second floor. It is a very worthwhile hotel. There is a square opposite the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. I will continue to choose and recommend it to friends .

GGuest UserThe hotel service was very attentive. The sea view room had a decent view, though unfortunately, there was a building directly in front of it partially obstructing the view. I thought mineral water was provided daily during the stay, but the front desk said it was only on the first day. However, for the last two days, the cleaning staff kindly provided bottled water, which I really appreciate! ^_^ The showerhead in the bathroom seemed clogged, and the water pressure was very low, making the shower experience not particularly comfortable.

OOlaf1The staff's service attitude was excellent. Our flight arrived early, and they let us check into our room around 9 AM. The room was very clean, and they cleaned it thoroughly and carefully every day. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't warm enough; it felt like it was only blowing cold air. The hotel sent a technician to adjust it, but there wasn't much improvement. They offered to switch our room, but after checking another one, the temperature seemed about the same, so we didn't bother. They did provide us with extra blankets, haha, so we weren't cold at night. Everything else was really great!

The front desk can also help call a taxi, which is really convenient.
There are several Chinese-owned restaurants nearby, and you can order tomato and egg soup in one of them within a five-minute walk. Really touched

From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, always with a genuine smile, and patiently answered all our questions. It wasn't just the front desk; every staff member throughout the hotel, from the pool attendants to the restaurant servers, made us feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued. My elderly travel companions are quite particular about their food, and they had a few unconventional requests. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate them, and that feeling of being prioritized was truly wonderful.
The room's view also deserves a special mention! The moment I pulled back the curtains, I was absolutely stunned. The panoramic sea view outside was breathtaking and magnificent, with planes occasionally flying by. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and at night, you can see countless lights twinkling. Even at midnight, people were everywhere on the beach, chatting, playing beach volleyball, and even doing Western-style line dancing. Every photo you take turns out picture-perfect.
Facilities and dining also didn't disappoint. The outdoor pool environment was fantastic; just soaking in it and enjoying the view was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast spread was super diverse, offering a full range of Chinese and Western options, hot and cold dishes, fruits, and desserts. Every morning, we started our day feeling satisfied and happy. For dinner, we opted for a set menu, and the portions were incredibly generous – enough to easily fill two people, and the taste was spot-on.
All in all, whether it's the service, the environment, or the dining, the W Barcelona excels in every aspect. Next time I'm in Barcelona, I'll most likely choose this hotel again! Absolutely fantastic!
