In Jeju's most peaceful village, with the majestic Baksugijeong Pavilion to your side and a peaceful harbor ahead, and the most beautiful coastline on the Olle Trail, especially in the mornings, dolphins occasionally show up to delight you.
This is a small gem of a place nestled in a truly lovely village. I often travel to business hotels, but it's rare to find a place that offers such a relaxing and restful stay.
The cozy room has everything you need, is extremely clean, and the bedding is firm and cozy. The lovely garden and the ocean beyond the window overlook the desk. The tranquility of a book is endless, and the warmth of those who have passed through the house makes the room even warmer.
The loving owners, with their refined hospitality, and the owner's homemade bread and the owner's marmalade are worth the all-night chat.
I plan to visit again when I visit Jeju for business or pleasure.
I had a wonderful rest.

Anonymous UserEven though it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, and the rooms are cleaned promptly. The public areas are also quite nice. The check-in staff speak Korean and Chinese, and there are also Chinese-speaking staff available to answer questions. However, nearby dining options are a bit far and require a walk. The restaurants next to Lotte aren't very good and are a bit overpriced. The bread and desserts in the lobby are also delicious; if you go too late, some items are already sold out by locals, and they're not overly sweet. The red bean and chocolate ones are great, but the cream and butter sticks are just average. Getting to the beach requires going downhill, and due to the location, most hotels nearby have the same situation where you have to go down and then climb back up. Overall, it's good. Aside from not providing disposable toiletries, it's pretty much on par with hotels in Sanya, and the room rates aren't inflated.

LangchisThe room was very clean, and despite being a new hotel, there wasn't any lingering smell. There's a swimming pool downstairs, perfect for kids to enjoy. The beach is a bit of a walk from the hotel, past the big windmill and down a pathway, but once you get there, it's a beautiful, secluded spot. For breakfast, they offered Chinese food, but I didn't see any regular milk, only peanut milk, which actually tasted pretty good. I'm guessing Koreans might not be big fans of coffee with milk, as most of it was Americano style. I highly recommend the salmon at breakfast; it was very tender, smooth, and fresh! Next to the restaurant, there's bowling and arcade games, so you can have some fun after your meal. Overall, it's a good hotel and definitely worth recommending.

Guest UserThe hotel is very quiet, the room is clean, the sea can be seen, and the sights are convenient. It is especially worth mentioning that the boss is very friendly, tell us in detail how to get to the next attraction or hotel, and even send us to a nearby restaurant for dinner. Thank you very much. The hotel also received a group of Chinese friends who stayed for the second time. It’s really good. I will come to Jeju Island next time and I will recommend friends.

LiheboMy overall experience exceeded expectations, definitely a five-star review! As a long-standing five-star hotel in Jeju, Seogwipo KAL Hotel truly showcases high standards in terms of location, environment, and service, offering excellent value for money.
The hotel boasts an exceptional location right in the heart of Seogwipo city, making transportation hassle-free. It's very close to Jeongbang Waterfall, Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, and Lee Jung Seop Art Gallery, all within walking distance. Dining and shopping options are abundant nearby, so if you're looking to experience the authentic slow pace of life in Jeju, this is definitely the place to choose.
Despite being an older hotel, the rooms are exceptionally well-maintained, clean, tidy, and free of any odors. I highly recommend the ocean view rooms; the panoramic views are incredible. As soon as you open the window, you're greeted by a vast expanse of blue ocean and the hotel's stunning green gardens. The furniture in the room is of good quality, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are also impressive; the shower has excellent water pressure, which is wonderfully refreshing after a long day.
The unbeatable ocean views, tranquil gardens, and attentive service made this vacation absolutely perfect. Whether it's a family trip or a romantic getaway, this is a hidden gem of a hotel with incredible value that I highly recommend! I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Seogwipo.
The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making the check-in process quick, and their service was thoughtful and thorough. The cleaning staff were timely and meticulous. Although some of the service staff weren't particularly fluent in Chinese, communication was very friendly, and their attitude was truly heartwarming.

It was quite far from Jeju City.
I arrived late, so I couldn't see the scenery at night because I was busy showering and going to sleep.
I fully enjoyed it in the morning.
The bed was bigger and more comfortable than expected, and the room was clean.
It was comfortable.
The shower room was spacious, the water was hot, and the pressure was good, so it was a very satisfying first day of my trip in many ways. ^^ I recommend it.
It was a comfortable place to stay at a good price.
I'll come again~♡

Guest UserLocation: Close to the sea with incredibly beautiful views, it's even a filming location for the Korean drama 'Princess Hours'. There aren't many rooms, and the whole place gives off a wonderfully quiet vibe, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Room Types: We experienced three room types: the Hanok (traditional Korean house), a suite, and a king room. Overall, the Hanok was the most unique, but the bed was a bit small. The suite's bed would be better suited for families with children.
Service: Generally, there aren't many staff members, but they are all quite friendly. The initial amenities provided aren't very extensive, perhaps for environmental reasons. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

The breakfast menu was great. There are cracked floor tiles, wall tiles, damaged wall, fridge and freezer door unable to close properly. Toilet doors unable to close fully. But overall, still acceptable for stay.
