"My plans changed, and I needed to check in 2 days early. I extended my stay by 2 days, and the front desk staff was very helpful in arranging a continuous room for me. The room was very clean, and the sea view was beautiful. I stayed for a total of 10 days. The service staff would knock on my door daily to clean the room and deliver drinking water (they spoke Chinese). The hotel's shampoo and shower gel smelled lovely. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, more than I could eat by myself. When I didn't want to go out for food, I used the instant noodle machine in the hotel. There's a 7-Eleven next door, and it's about a 10-minute walk to Cheonjiyeon Falls and another 10 minutes to the Olle Market. When I checked in, I paid a 50,000 KRW cash deposit, which was quickly returned after a room inspection at check-out. All in all, I had no negative experiences and it was a pleasant trip. Recommended!"

I loved the quiet location, Olle Market isn't far, the swimming pool is perfect for visiting with children, and major tourist attractions are close by. "A gorgeous hotel! A car is a must! The rooms are very clean and cozy. Robes, comfortable slippers, all toiletries, and even a washcloth are provided! The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, not superficially! They bring you as much water as you need. The complimentary wine and snacks were a pleasant surprise! The breakfasts are excellent! We highly recommend this hotel. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the sun loungers by the pool require a fee; you can only use the benches for free, which is extremely inconvenient. The staff is very friendly! The room has a capsule coffee machine and a steamer."

I think I will go again next time. ^^"

I was surprised that the accommodation was more spacious than the photos. It was clean, had a cozy atmosphere, and the scent of cypress was lovely. It was about a 3-minute walk to the sea visible right in front. Taking a walk on the Olle Trail in the morning really made me feel like I was in Jeju. The owner was very kind, and the restaurant they recommended was also excellent. It was such great value for money that I plan to stay here again the next time I visit Jeju.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they even have balconies. The pools are beautiful and plentiful. Most importantly, the service is outstanding, from the front desk to the late-night meal service (the fried chicken was also delicious). It's a stark contrast to the Shinhwa Hotel. The ocean view is stunning, and it's right next to the folk village. It was a very comfortable stay. If you're not planning on exploring the city, this hotel is definitely the top choice for a vacation.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Room - Very big, super spacious, clean and they provide you with free snacks and water! Hotel - loads of things to do, the best thing is the hot springs! Open until 9pm, and free to use if you are a guest at the hotel, I went everyday whilst staying there. There is a bakery inside and a convenience store which was perfect as you were slightly away from shops, of course it's Jeju! Staff - Super friendly and most could speak English Location - not near by anything but you could get a taxi and you weren't too far, around 30 minutes to the nearest waterfall and cafés. 100% recommend!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the Shilla Hotel, a South Korean chaebol hotel. The hotel and its surroundings, the room's color scheme, and hygiene are all excellent. The restaurant's breakfast buffet is rich and varied, especially the fruit, which is fresh. It would be even better if the flavors were more diverse. Most of the reception staff are quite polite, especially the young lady who checked me in on the first day. She was very kind and understanding, and I'd like to express my gratitude to her. The room service attendant seemed particularly shy and honest. The room cleaning staff, who appeared to be from other Southeast Asian countries, were also quite diligent and polite. In contrast, the service at the pool and buffet restaurant reception was a bit colder. Overall, for the same price, domestic hotels don't offer this level of refinement and experience, so I would still highly recommend it.

The room itself was great, and the swimming pool was right downstairs. However, you have to pay 30,000 Korean Won for two hours to use the lounge chairs, which was a bit much. The beach wasn't far, but you had to go down a very steep wooden staircase to get there. Also, you couldn't go near the sea to dig in the sand if there was a strong typhoon. The Teddy Bear Museum was within walking distance, and the 7-Eleven right outside the hotel was really convenient. For over 2,000 a night, no breakfast was a bit shocking, but everything else was good. The kids' play area is suitable for children under 5; older kids might find it a bit childish.

The room was great, spacious and clean, with a direct view of the ocean and the infinity pool. The service was excellent; staff could communicate in both English and Chinese. Room service was perfect, with delicious food and complete tableware. It's not close to the airport, but the most beautiful Starbucks on Jeju Island is within walking distance.

This hotel is located right on the beach, allowing us to hear the sound of the surf—it's magical. The hotel itself is small, a separate building with no elevator. The view of the ocean is breathtaking; taking a bath on the balcony with such a view was a true pleasure. The staff also mentioned that dolphins can sometimes be seen swimming, but unfortunately, we didn't see them. When the wind was strong, the ventilation in the room was noisy, but it didn't interfere with our sleep. I definitely recommend this place, but in the future, I would like to see the dust on the lamps and upper shelves cleaned more regularly.

A wonderful family-friendly stay! Venga Stay offers clean, spacious rooms with two double beds and great distant views of the sea or mountains. It's tucked away from downtown next to a busy road, but the rooms and the communal area are surprisingly quiet. The amenities are great—featuring a free swimming pool, (paid) bike rentals, a convenience store, and an on-site café. Just note that breakfast requires a day-ahead reservation (with a few good options available). The highlight, however, was the incredible staff who were always friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again!

The service is really good amd the staff are friendly. I like the quality of the house. Clean and neat. The only issue I had was finding out that the Jacuzzi jets are not working. Other than that, I really.liked the place. Thank you for the nice stay.
