I was surprised that the accommodation was more spacious than the photos.
It was clean, had a cozy atmosphere, and the scent of cypress was lovely.
It was about a 3-minute walk to the sea visible right in front. Taking a walk on the Olle Trail in the morning really made me feel like I was in Jeju.
The owner was very kind, and the restaurant they recommended was also excellent.
It was such great value for money that I plan to stay here again the next time I visit Jeju.

Anonymous UserEven though it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, and the rooms are cleaned promptly. The public areas are also quite nice. The check-in staff speak Korean and Chinese, and there are also Chinese-speaking staff available to answer questions. However, nearby dining options are a bit far and require a walk. The restaurants next to Lotte aren't very good and are a bit overpriced. The bread and desserts in the lobby are also delicious; if you go too late, some items are already sold out by locals, and they're not overly sweet. The red bean and chocolate ones are great, but the cream and butter sticks are just average. Getting to the beach requires going downhill, and due to the location, most hotels nearby have the same situation where you have to go down and then climb back up. Overall, it's good. Aside from not providing disposable toiletries, it's pretty much on par with hotels in Sanya, and the room rates aren't inflated.

I have been visiting since it was Tuscany, and it has been upgraded in many ways.
There is nothing lacking, from the service and breakfast to the bedrooms, the pool, and the cleanliness.
In particular, the staff were incredibly friendly, and thanks to them, I had a wonderful stay.
The location isn't exactly fantastic, but if you have a car, you can easily get around both the east and west sides.
The pool water was warm, so it wasn't cold at all while swimming in the winter.

Guest UserThe hotel was very clean. It's a shame we stayed for two nights and it was cloudy and hazy every day, so we didn't get to see the true beauty of Mount Lu. We stayed in a suite, which was perfect for a family with two kids. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was surprisingly quiet, which is great for light sleepers. Perhaps due to the climate, there were a lot of small flying insects at night, but the staff were constantly cleaning them out of the pool, and the water was very clean. The Ivory Brunch downstairs was delicious, and the supermarket had plenty of options. The changing rooms by the pool were also exceptionally clean, and they even had skincare products available. Highly recommend!

Was great location, service was good, place looks great. Only one thing, there’s not a lot of people around. Only saw 1 other person every time we were there. Was a bit strange and not cozy because of that but everything was great!

If you need a relaxing trip, this is a suitable hotel which is next to the dolphin park. And there is also a bathtub in the room, so you can watch the sea when you take a bath. The only problem is that there is a building in front of the hotel now, so the view is not the most perfect.
BTW, host is very kindly, even you aren't korean speaker, he will try to use translate APP to communicate to you.

Guest UserLocation: Close to the sea with incredibly beautiful views, it's even a filming location for the Korean drama 'Princess Hours'. There aren't many rooms, and the whole place gives off a wonderfully quiet vibe, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Room Types: We experienced three room types: the Hanok (traditional Korean house), a suite, and a king room. Overall, the Hanok was the most unique, but the bed was a bit small. The suite's bed would be better suited for families with children.
Service: Generally, there aren't many staff members, but they are all quite friendly. The initial amenities provided aren't very extensive, perhaps for environmental reasons. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

KSGCCHENVery clean and new. Relatively cheap compared to others. The jacuzzi charge is too high especially if you booked but can’t use it due to bad weather. Not language friendly For international travel if you do not have Korean phone number. You have to rely on Trip.com message.
Functional kitchen but not washer is a miss for a family suite like this.
