"The women's dorm was nice! 4 bunk beds. The ladder for the top bunk was stable. Close to the bus stop and the seongsan port. Working AC, clean private bathroom, clean comfy beds, and the lady was very nice. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

This time we stayed in a sea view room at the I-AN Hotel. Although the hotel isn't large, it's very cozy and the service is excellent. We felt very comfortable and satisfied during our stay. The hotel provides snacks and instant noodles every day. Enjoying breakfast on the balcony in the morning while watching the sea view was delightful. A special shout-out to Mr. Ahn at the front desk; his Chinese is exceptionally fluent, and he's incredibly kind, providing us with a lot of help. The kids absolutely adored him; he chatted with them and taught them origami. They'd get so excited and run to him whenever they saw him. Thank you, Mr. Ahn, for your help. You made us feel right at home in Jeju Island and left us with a wonderful impression of the place. Thank you, and I hope we can meet again next time! 😄

I stayed at this hotel with my family and was overall satisfied. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Olle Night Market, with many food stalls right downstairs. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. However, there were some downsides. Towels for shower were not provided by default, though staff willingly gave them upon request. Paper cups were used instead of ceramic mugs for coffee and water, which felt cheap. The car park is small and not ideal for larger vehicles like our 8-seater Hyundai Palisade. Despite these issues, the great location and helpful staff made our family trip enjoyable. With a few improvements—like providing towels, and using ceramic cups—this hotel would be even better. I would still recommend it for location and friendly service.

The cleanliness was a bit lacking, but considering it's at the foot of the mountain, it's acceptable. The scenic area entrance is just 200 meters away, making it very convenient to buy tickets and watch the sunrise. For check-in, I had to wait a while because the auntie wasn't there. You might want to ask a local to call her; I don't understand Korean, and the call I made through Trip.com got hung up. The room was okay, and the auntie herself was very nice, but the value for money wasn't great.

I appreciated the communication at check-in to ask if we would need our room completely serviced, daily, or if we would like new towels and water placed outside our door for pick-up instead. I liked that option so we weren't bothered if we wanted to nap or dome some work during the day when we were not out and about. The location was easy to find and convenient to other destinations we needed or wanted to visit. The free breakfast was a bonus and the staff was very helpful when we didn't know exactly how to operate certain cooking appliances. I would definitely stay here again if and when visiting Jeju-do again.

I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Blue Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and wellequipped, great value for the price. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. Waking up to the sunrise and ocean view from the balcony was truly the highlight of my stay. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the calm side of Jeju.

There no lift so if stay at 3rd floor take a deep breath. Amenities eise for this price is pretty good. There a scoter rental near a small alley shiort walk away. But it pretty easy to miss.

We really loved this hotel. Very close to the bus stop, so easy to get around. Also next door to the market which was very cool. We didn’t like the light system for room and bathroom, we found it very inconvenient. Unfortunately our second night there the air conditioning unit stopped working. After trying everything it absolutely would not turn on again. We sent a message to trip.com but as it was after hours, we couldn’t get any real help. They offered to switch our rooms but then stopped communicating with us all together. In the end our room was 32 degrees. An unfortunate way to spend our last night on jeju :/

Modern and aesthetic hotel lobbies - would have been better if the two buildings had a shelter link as it was raining during this period. Very clean lobby toilets. Sufficient carpark lots although we normally parked beside the hotel (no shelter). They provided water every day. Helpful staff who brings extra towels to our room. Location is good as it is near to convenient stores and many food options in the area. Some attractions are located nearby too 👍🏻

Hotel is in a nice location. Near many food places and food market. They offer breakfast however should be more classic western options. Just add more western options like sausage (was just once during 5 night stay), sunnyside eggs, some fresh fruits and vegetables and it would be great and perfectly for all. But of course I understand customers are mostly Koreans/Asian so for sure options are enough for them.

The hotel facilities and environment were decent, and the front desk staff provided good service. However, the front desk strictly adhered to the 3 PM check-in policy. Even with a reservation or an unoccupied room, in China, it's common for hotels to allow early check-in if the room is empty or already cleaned after a guest checks out. The hotel front desk claimed they didn't know if the room was cleaned, but in China, front desk and housekeeping usually communicate in real-time. This felt truly unaccommodating for a hotel in a tourist city, falling short of expectations.
