Very good place.

For a 4 star hotel I found the breakfast a little weak. In a hotel with an indoor pool, I couldn't understand why there wasn't a bathrobe for guests to use when going to the pool.

A very average welcome, a lack of consideration for the vehicles that appear in their parking lot. The driver's side window was broken. A loss of consideration for the damage caused during the holidays which made us lose 4 days of vacation and canceled our reservations for visits and other leisure activities (an average value of 500 euros) plus the obligation to advance the repair costs of the vehicle. For the cleaning part, he is irreproachable and helpful, very good work.

The people at reception are not friendly at all and are super slow. The food is not good nor does it have enough variety for a 4-star hotel.

Check in at 11:00 p.m. went well, the location is in the suburbs, and the environment is beautiful

Faded glory. The first receptionist only spoke Portuguese and claimed that check in was from 4pm. Our confirmation stated that check in is from 14:00. She ended up giving us the room before after we threatened to call the booking agent.

Everything perfect, cleanliness, facilities and, above all, the hotel staff, a 10 for them. To put a but, the variety of the buffet could be more extensive. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Thanks for everything.
