Hotel is comfortable but no windows. Attendant provide good service and information. Convenient stores, restaurant and massage parlour nearby. Easy access to attractions. 10mins to Beijing GuGong with bus access. The actual Hotel name is Dong He. Recommended short stay.

The drainage pipe smelled so bad in my bathroom. The cleaner attempted to rid the smell but it was still there. They did help every time I asked but could not solve the problem. Also the lock on the door does not work.

Very happy with the location and the room upgrade! The staff could speak a better english, but using a translator wasn’t a problem. Had a short but a pleasant stay!

The location is very good because it's just 10-15 minutes walking from two metro lines. The room was clean and with good amenities. The bed was comfortable and the service was nice. The only bad thing is that the rooms are not soundproof so I could hear the people in the other rooms and I woke up early because some were making noise early in the morning.

Nice location, walk from Chongwenmen Metro. Near big park. Be able to find bicycle around. Nice staff. Drop baggage after check out then go back to take it around evening.

We stayed for almost a week and did not really enjoy our experience at the hotel. When we got to the hotel we realized we booked a room with no windows and when we tried to change rooms for a fee the receptionist didn’t even try to help us. It’s hard to say how clean the room was with no light but from what we saw it was okay. The bed was okay; kind of hard but that is generally what you get in China. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

Hotel signage in front of the hotel is in Chinese + Boutique hotel so if you can’t read Chinese, please look at the address or exact location carefully.
The location is good, about 20 minutes walk to and from either Chongwenmen or Ciqikou station with plenty of shops, malls, restaurants and groceries nearby. However, it’s a bit far off from major tourist attractions.
The room is clean and large enough for solo travelers with necessary amenities but there’s no lift so it’s a bit cumbersome for those with large luggage.
The staff is hospitable and very helpful although not speaking English. Just use translator app to communicate. Overall I’m quite satisfied with the service.
