The front desk guy couldn't get through to you and didn't dare to sleep all night. It's the peak season now. Orders cannot be refunded if they exceed 30 minutes. What's more, you didn't come all night. It was almost dawn and called us to ask for a refund because you didn't check in. We really can't do this. If you contact us before 6 o'clock on the same day after booking the room, we can refund you. Since we have chosen to book a room on the platform, we must abide by the platform rules. If you book a room and find that I didn't reserve a room for you after arriving at the store, we will also be punished according to the platform rules. You said that you didn't check in but were clicked to check in. This is a misunderstanding. As long as you book a room after midnight that night, the platform system will automatically form a check-in. I hope you can calm down and welcome to experience the check-in next time.
