An Exceptional Stay!
My family stayed at this hotel for just one night, but the experience was truly unforgettable.
1. Outstanding Service
The staff here is phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They helped with all our luggage, spoke excellent English, and had the friendliest attitudes. Unlike some hotel staff who seem uninterested in their roles, everyone here was genuinely happy to assist. They always had smiles on their faces, which made us feel comfortable asking for help with anything.
2. Beautiful Rooms
The hotel is modern, and the decor is stunning. Our room was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. The only minor inconvenience was logging into the Wi-Fi, which required a Chinese phone number. However, the incredible staff came to the rescue by using their number to help us connect.
3. Thoughtful Amenities
The shuttle service was a standout feature. It runs to the airport anytime you need—just let them know your schedule. We left for the airport at 5 AM and couldn’t have breakfast, but the hotel prepared takeaway bags for us with coffee, milk, hot chocolate, and sandwiches. It was such a thoughtful gesture! Even when we needed a drink from the vending machine but didn’t have cash, the staff purchased it for us and refused to take any money in return.
Overall, this hotel provided one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From one-star to five-star hotels, this one deserves six stars. If you’re considering booking, I recommend it 110%—you won’t regret it!

Very clean and quiet and very comfy, you will find everything you need, there is one tinny problem is that in the near area you won't find any restaurant or anything so you will need to go to the beijing daxing airport to hook your self up with some food, good thing is that they have a bus that belongs to the hotel that can take you there

Very comfortable and stylish hotel to reside in. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Got a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying there again.

I had an amazing stay at the Beijing Voyage Garden Hotel during my transit to Mongolia. The hotel exceeded all my expectations, surpassing even high-end brands like Hilton and Shangri-La. It was incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained. The free shuttle bus was a huge convenience, making my transit smooth and hassle-free.
What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service—they treated me so warmly and even gave me a thoughtful gift during my stay. Although I only stayed for one night, the experience was unforgettable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Beijing, whether for leisure, business, or a short transit.

The reception service was very considerate. First of all, the airport pick-up service was very thoughtful. As soon as I walked out of the passenger terminal, I saw the hotel car. The driver helped with the luggage and we arrived at the hotel very quickly without being delayed too long on the road. The front desk checked in and upgraded the room type for free, and guided me to the room. The hotel restaurant was under renovation and had not yet opened, and they also informed me of the location of the self-service vending machine in a timely manner.
I had a good night's sleep. The hotel has good soundproofing. I was particularly satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness. You know, what I value most is the sanitary environment, so this experience was very good. It's a pity that I had to get up early to wash up because I was catching a flight. When I was waiting for the car in the lobby, the housekeeper prepared a nutritious breakfast for me, which was very thoughtful.
Next time I go to Daxing Airport, I will choose this hotel again. I hope the restaurant will be open for business next time.
