The location is near sanlitun, although not near the subway (1km~), its a great central location. Many pubs surrounding it. Daily room service. Bring your own detergent if you wish to do laundry, comes with dryer. Front desk speaks english decently and the gym is equipped with the essentials. Do upgrade your room if you want a bigger toilet.

Very nice location and very tastefully renovated with in apartment washing machine and dryer. When my clothes got stuck in the dryer (my fault, I tried to terminate the Bosch drying cycle too early) they immediately sent someone to have a look. The only complaint is a bit out of their control, but there were heavy smokers on the same floor and the smoke at times got into the Aircon ducts system and a faint cigarette smell was sometimes detected. Maybe the hotel needs to reinforce the no smoking rule more strictly.
