最好的。真干净的。最好的所有主。最好的处所。 We were very surprised when we know that our flat is next to marker, next to Beijing duck's restaurant, next to some bus stops, next to subway, next to diffrent Chinese cousine's meal, next to diffrent hotels. The owner helps us every time. No small animals here. The rubbish was trown by the owner every day. Very convinient. If we'll ever be in Beijing next time we reservate only this apartments!!!

The apartment is so clean, the space was huge. They fully equiped with everything you need. I stayed for 6 nights and I was so satisfied with this apartment. Only the downside is that its slightly far from metro station. The manager Emily was so kind and helpful too! She helped me until my problem is solved. Kudos to emily ❤️

We will book this accommodation again when we go back to Beijing. The manager, Mr Wang was very helpful. The room overlooked a Primary School. It was delightful to watch the children playing when they arrived in a morning.

We had a bit of a hard time checking in and finding the right apartment but we were able to reach the host on the telephone number which then helped us. We enjoyed our 5 days in Beijing in this clean apartment.

The apartment was very good, the girl who received us was really nice, helping us all the time. They even gave us a present for Christmas. There were plenty of places to eat around, and the metro was close. I would stay there again.

I loved the privacy this place offered. The location is fantastic for those booking for mubus to mutianyu, in walking/biking distance to the station. There is alot of pros to this place, but there are a few cons too. The room is quite dusty where the airvent/aircon is. I think i develop my hayfever staying there. There was no tissue boxes, not sure if this was forgotten. Also for checkin, you might have to call the host to locate him. I was there lost for a half an hour. Thankfully the cleaners there was kind enough to take me to the host. Once you are there everything else is great!!!

It looks like a private home stay. Good for long-term stays, but not suitable for short business trips.

Great location, nice building and very good host. Very secure and safe building, easy access and convenient to all places, metro is 15 minutes walk away or one bus stop if you don't want to walk. Very quiet building and we never ran into any neighbors on my floor during our stay. Host was very helpful to meet us at the building, helped with our luggage, gave thorough instructions where to eat etc. Housekeeping was done every two days, and supplies of drinking water was offered. Enjoyed very much our stay, and will come back again when in Beijing!

Pros: Great location! The staff was super accommodating. The room is spacious with pretty much all amenities you need (Wi-Fi, microwave, washing machine, drying rack, cloth hanger, electronic water kettle, etc). Cons: The room has a little funky smell, I think it’s a combination of humidity and smoking (it’s very common that ppl smoke in non-smoking area in China😮💨) I will recommend that ppl close the bathroom door and open the window here and there to help air circulation.
