City Garden Hotel: Intimate Care, Warm as Home When you are sick, people are always particularly vulnerable, but City Garden Hotel used their intimate service and humanistic care to make me feel warm and cared during my illness. I really want to give the hotel a 10-star rating and praise their excellent service! When I checked in, I was unwell and looked a little tired. The front desk staff noticed my condition at a glance, asked about my situation with concern, and helped me upgrade my room. They said: "You are not feeling well, we will change you to a big bed room with windows, which is well ventilated and can help you recover faster." Before I had time to react, they had quickly helped me with the upgrade procedures and also kindly told me the location and precautions of the room. After entering the room, the hotel also kindly prepared hot water, eye masks and alcohol disinfectant wipes for me. The hot water was freshly boiled and steaming, so I could make a cup of hot tea at any time to drive away the cold; the eye mask was soft and comfortable, which could help me rest better; the alcohol disinfectant wipes made me feel particularly at ease during special times. These details made me feel the hotel's care for guests, as if they had already anticipated my needs when I was sick. What touched me even more was that the hotel staff took the initiative to ask me if I needed any other help. They said, "If you are not feeling well, if you need anything, feel free to call us and we will be at your service at any time." This meticulous care made me feel the warmth of home in a strange city. During my time at the City Garden Hotel, I not only received physical care, but also felt spiritual comfort.
