小院子很乾凈，果樹蔬菜豐富。房間很乾凈整齊，床單和被子很舒服柔軟，比星級酒店的好太多。民宿在村口，往村裡走，吃飯早點賣水果小商店都有，也很方便。在延慶確實是性價比非常高的。值得推薦。民宿裏的老闆管家們也都很熱情，我們沒空，又想買點桃子帶回去，他們還幫忙買好。非常感謝。每兩天在民宿對面村裡面有核酸點，早上6：30就開始做，很方便出行的人。

房東特別貼心，客服姐姐服務也很温暖細心，房間娛樂休閑一應俱全。地理位置也很優越，去哪裡都很方便，可謂四通八達。很完美的一次選擇，下次還會選這裏。

五一去的，四星的價格，三星的設施，二星服務。
先説好的部分。有一個熱水池，勞累了一天泡個澡還挺舒服。有燒烤架，可以自帶生肉燒烤。每個房間都有衞生間，洗澡不沖突。廚房備有簡單的調料以及少量碗筷。有一個小冰箱。提出要求（加被子，要垃圾袋等）會有人來提供，但是比較慢。
再説缺點。院子很小，酒店應提供的必需品缺乏（例如不提供飲用水，房間裏洗髮水是空的等）。有一個很小的卡拉OK房裡麪味道很大，而且點歌機壞了不能用，説可以用手機點歌唱，實際也不能用。廚房很小，電磁爐，煮粥做早飯還行，做正餐不行。冰箱很小，衹能放很少很少的東西。我們去的時候是五一，正好門前修路，出行不便，噪音大，停車不便（這個不怪小院，但是體驗不好）。
總之，設施衹能算合格，服務是村民代為提供，比不上同價位民宿服務好。
